Great video ! I tired it and it came out great ! Have a question ? Do you seal it after you are done ? Just wondering because I had a scratched the frost of the glass while working on it ? Or did I get a cheap frosted glass ?

Great info! What weight paper did you use? I keep getting residue on my clear cans no matter what i do...
@thecraftybitchcompany
@thecraftybitchcompany Год назад
105 gsm but it does hold humidity so if there is any kind of moisture in the air, it will hold it in the paper. Also, sometimes moisture gets trapped in the blank so you can pre-press them for about 30 seconds to get rid of any mositure

@thecraftybitchcompany

Same settings 🙂 just remember that it's going to be a lot more translucent than frosted bc there is no base to help the colors pop

It has beautiful color, I made one once and the color was weak. What printer and ink do you use? I was also using a Cricut mug press copy. Maybe not enough pressure?
@thecraftybitchcompany
@thecraftybitchcompany Год назад
I use an Epson F570 and our own brand tumbler press. I haven't used a cricut press so I can't say for sure but also, what kind of paper are you using. When we switched to Koala sublimation paper, we got better results!

I can NEVER get my sublimation to come out that dark. My colors are so faded, i've given up on doing these. Probably ruined about $60 in jars alone, not to mention the time ive spent setting up and pressing.

Ok I have a saw grass SG1000 and have an hearpress nation tumbler press . And my colors are coming out faded . What can be the issue??? The printer ??? The temp or pressure I use for the tumbler press ??
@thecraftybitchcompany

Could be a bunch of things. What program are you printing from. What are your time/temp settings? Is the tumbler from a reputable place?
@fernandob2139
@fernandob2139 Год назад
@SublimationWithJacqui so we are using the program that came with the saw grass printer . Create a studios. I've been looking online in a lot of people have different temperatures It gets confusing. On my regular white blank tumblers the color comes out nice it's only when i'm doing the frosted glass does the black come out so faded. And Temperature I did ot at 400° and time 240 seconds. From what a site said . So I seen urs and I'll urs the Temps and time that u use .
