yea you could see the gills moving too and the mouth, looks like they forgot to dispatch it, i mean dude put it in a shallow puddle with a rock on it like wtf XD that fish 100% was still alive, kind of. definatley should be killing it right away so it dosent suffer cuz that fish was having a really bad time lol
If you have ever ice fished for perch walleye doesn't matter the fish will sit on the ice until it freezes and dies. Just how shit goes. If it's dieing and being eaten I don't understand why people are so pressed about what the fish feels. You think it's gonna remember how it felt once it's dead. Nope ain't remembering shit. Only thing someone can really say about it is it taints the meats taste which is accurate neat will taste better with draining the blood, and putting it down as early as possible. Yes that will make it taste better but some of these people way to pressed over something being used as food. Cows and chickens are treated wayyyy worse for multiple years.
I was fishing with my uncle and he had a walleye on (34 inches) and when we was pulling it in something bit onto it so we think it was a giant pike or musky.
This was epic. Probably one of my fav fish vids. I had the same experience before catching a small fish and whille getting it in a big fish grabbed it lol.

My aunt lives in Minnesota and she caught a perch then when she was reeling it in a 42" muskie came and ate it. She ended up being able to get the muskie in along with the perch.
