Yes gets more tighter but you love your leverage of sweeping because the power comes from your hip.. I have been doing this position for 18 years lol trust me on this one. On your side is better to sweep and you have more mobility, on your back is easy to get stuck 🤷🏻‍♂️.. maybe you should ask them more details from there they should give you a good ideas BIG OSS ( side notes) nothing against who like to plate flat on their back it’s just my opinion ok?!
