I'd rather rob a store like Menards or it's competitors. You could get grills, charcoal, generators, tools, all sorts of goodies. Jewelry stores would be cool too, because gems are valuable but easy to transport. You could even melt down the gold jewelry in a home foundry into ingots. I would f*ing LOVE that. You could also rob an antique store- that stuff's cool, but usually not very useful and with relatively low resale value. You could start by stealing a truck or van from a car lot, then steal a boat frame and then steal a boat. You could hit up a local outdoors store for more weaponry, ammo, and other nifty things. You could end up completely loaded and well-prepared for the next one by the end of the night, especially if you were part of a crew and all went armed to deal with any opposition you encountered. An organized theft team would be really efficient, especially if there were rules about no infighting. As for hiding, yeah. I already know where I'd hide. It wouldn't be pleasant, but all I'd need would be to survive there for 12 hours. I have some other ideas too, but they might get burned down and then I'd be left with no cover.

I am pretty sure you are wrong. We know things like UV light exists even though we can't see it, but if we could it would have a color. So as long as we know the whole spectrum of light as we do, we know about all the colors. Also like I said it is a spectrum so there is technically an infinite amount of colors at least until you run into some physics that account for the smallest amount wavelengths can differ, but I don't know enough about that
