Yes, the software is free. There's a CPU option which I haven't tried. If the CPU is not powerful enough to do it in realtime you can also try swapping on existing video. That's fun, too 😊 Please check out my latest video "Sweet Dreams" which was done with existing video.

@@CedisolmsShorts you are only using cpu, if you use gpu then the fps you can achieve is above 30 fps

Commonly to achieve best video quality, the more light the better. That minimises motion blur. Sorry, don't have an answer for your 2nd question. I've only tested with my laptop, specs as seen in video.
