You are right that its not mentioned any where as "High Street", its just a random term people use, its actually FCA - Financial Conduct Authority regulated bank. Yes, you are getting confuse about the Sponsor Lic and Innovator Founder Visa, they are two different things. Your monthly Gross salary will be £3225, The business which you have started must be generating revenue and you will pay wages from it. That is why, I always say only jump on this boat, once you are 99% sure that the business plan will work.

1) The duration of a COS for a Skilled Worker Visa depends on the length of the job offer. If the job offer is for an indefinite period, the COS will typically be issued for 5 years. However, if the job offer is for a fixed term, the COS will be issued for the duration of the employment. 2) You can no longer apply for a Start-up visa; new name is UK INNOVATOR FOUNDER VISA ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dOHFGi5qrhE.html ; so this self sponsored visa is not a type of the visa, its just a loophole 3) The salary threshold for a job code is the minimum salary that the employer must pay the worker. The statement should show the employer has the funds to pay the worker's salary for the first 6 months of employment. 4) There is no specific minimum income requirement for the company. However, the company must be able to demonstrate that it has the financial resources to support the worker's employment. So for example, you buy a takeaway, then the revenue generated by that takeaway will pay off your salary. The business has to be genuine, something which really makes money. If no income is coming in, then you will end up paying tax & NI from your own pocket (capital investment). No, a self-sponsored visa is not the right visa for studying in a UK university. There is no visa category in the UK called "self-sponsored" for this purpose. You can get visa and you can start work after x month. For example Mr A got the COS in Jan and he is in INDIA and his job start date is in march, so they can arrive UK early but job will start in March.

You're right, there are additional considerations when your company has a different Limited Company Name (LTD name) and a trading name (the name on the hygiene rating). You'll need to submit both your Certificate of Incorporation (proving your LTD company name) and a document linking your LTD company to the trading name with the hygiene rating. Notice of Business Activity (NOBA) from HMRC: This document usually shows both your LTD company name and your trading name. Letter from a reputable source: If you don't have a NOBA, a letter from your local authority or a bank statement showing both names would work.

TCS is good company, so why wana switch now ? Is it not better wait until, just before they ask you to go back and switch after taking 2-3 yrs of UK experience. She is in the right direction, her field still have 4-5 yrs of work and plenty of opportunities, then AI will take over. Yes, you can come as dependent but job for you, all depends how your profile is like. There is always a room for hard working people and you will make your way.

You can work a maximum of 20 hours per week in the second job without needing to update your visa. This applies to paid work or working for your own business. The additional work must be in an eligible Skilled Worker occupation code. You can find a list of these codes on the UK government website www.gov.uk/government/publications/skilled-worker-visa-immigration-salary-list. You can work unlimited overtime for your main sponsor company (the one that sponsored your visa).

Yes, I think there is some confusion at your end. You will apply sponsor lic based on the company in the UK, so funds and everything has to be from UK. You have to pay salary to yourself, as that what you mention in your skilled worker visa that you getting paid the going rate as per new April 2024. Think this way, you open a take away and your takeaway making £1000 a week and so you can pay salary to the staff. If you think it wont make any money for few months then this option wont be good for you.

Yes, you can do that. However, consider why you'd want to take this route. Perhaps it's better to fulfill the five-year visa requirement and then apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Of course, if you have a truly solid business idea with the potential to improve your financial situation, then starting a business might be an option. This route can be expensive if the business plan doesn't succeed, so weigh the risks and benefits carefully.

Nothing is mentioned about Monzo on HMRC website, I will recommend go with High Street Branch accounts, as getting statement from middle of the date with address is hassle in Online Bank. For Share holding % is not important, as long as the authorising officer is British National. Do watch this Home Office 66 pages guidance to understand in detail. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gqWUdcSeR5o.html ; It is recommended not to touch those funds until you get the visa to avoid confusion, as business funds are different from yours and you should not pay fees , IHS fees etc from those funds.
