I turned 18 just around last month, I have had such a slow growth in having an improved state of myself. This video taught me to love myself more, which I have never thought of in awhile due to all my thoughts scattered into a bunch of emotions. It’s a weird feeling to have control over how I feel now, this video truly gave me an understanding of what purpose I can have. Rather than letting go of what I am able to do, having to resist such excuses by negotiating with myself as accountable changed me for the better. Thank you
