This is my 'How to Tap' workshop where I will explain to you how the body works, what happens when we experience something negative, and how our body puts us into 'safety strategy mode'. I share how Tapping works, where it came from and some core research that proves its efficacy.
I demonstrate how to tap in 4 simple steps and then we get to tapping on Overwhelm. This is an emotion we can all relate to and even if you don't feel overwhelmed right now you might be able to recall when you last felt very overwhelmed and tune into that energy before you start tapping. Rate yourself on a scale of 0-10 and see if you come down the scale after the tapping.
