Great video man ! Do you usually teach multiple tricks and let the kids try and do whichever ones they are comfortable with or do you go through each trick one at a time and let them try only that specific one at a time ?

Usually, I teach 1-2 tricks at a time and then do an overview with my Animated GIF slides or the follow the leader videos. If kids want to do a different trick than what we're working on I don't have any issues with it as long as they are jumping and having fun.

Hey Ben, during the endurance challenge do the 4th-5th grade students have to only perform an advanced trick or can they perform a basic trick?

You can modify it however you want, but I always let the kids choose any trick except for a side swing. As long as the rope is going under their feet. It's a good discussion to have afterwards if you note the tricks that students chose who lasted all the way, usually very simple ones (jogger, skip, single bounce, double bounce)

It's a beaded rope, not sure where the ones I have are from, but buyjumpropes.net has some similar ones if you get the heavy beaded ropes buyjumpropes.net/custom-beaded-jump-rope/
