Fantastic video, thank you. My first fears were being able to sit, and also not to have a frantic mind. So I set myself one task, to show up for meditation and call that a success…..I removed all obstacles and it worked ❤️

Hi J. It's truly an intuitive journey. We teach people how to share meditation in as little as 4 weeks. You'll likely get a sense when you feel ready or will be asked to teach. I got started when I was asked to teach. I certainly did not feel ready, but I said yes and never looked back. Thanks for the good vibes. Blessings to you, Sura
