What about if you want to have a strain relief on the RJ45

Hello DCW. We offer those in various diameters if you are referring to strain-relief boots. They are the "slip-on" style but take note that slip-on style boots add thickness to the connector and may not play well with high-density switch ports (interference with each other). Aside from that, the primary strain relief of this plug is the external ground crimp collar, and that is why it must be crimped 100% perfectly every time. We have a tool for that--our trueGROUND external ground crimp collar tool.
