In this video i will show you how to test a fuse using a Multimeter. How to set up the multimeter and how to test the leads. I will show how to test for "OHM" & "Continuity". Multimeter: INNOVA 3320 #Multimeter #Fuse #Innova
And this is not like jumping a battery on a vehicle or anything where there's a pos + & gro -... Actually, you just mentioned that!!! I went ahead & sent it anyway just in case GREAT VIDEO!!!
That’s a one good multimeter. I have one different color, budget multimeter with nice/good features. I recommend the multimeter. Thanks for educating us👍🙂 good video have a good one👍🙂👋
Thank you so much for your explanation I trying to figure out why the microwave died, and one site suggest testing the fuses. These tests as you explained them or so simple and easy. Thanks again. Have a blessed day!
One thing I on't understand. How could a fuse pass the ohm test but fail continuity? I would not think the fuse would register 0 on the ohm test if it did not have continuity.
I hate this multimeter. It's probably a really good one but it only has small pictures and banners instead of clear labels by the ports so it's for who works with this a lot. When I borrowed this the probes were set to current mode and I didn't double check and "measured voltage" on ammeter setting !! :((( And holy shit the probes got hot ! I don't understand why for an expensive DMM the ammeter is unfused.... So I recommend (and it should be announced) PEOPLE, FIRST MAKE SURE, YOUR PROBES ARE ON VOLTMETER SETTING so you don't short out your batteries !
He's been told the fuses and the meter and its leads are known to the state of california to cause reproductive harm and every form of cancer and to transmit coronavirus.
