Mark, Your prolific ability to organise ideas and insights is truly remarkable, almost Artistic. This one is like putting together an Orchestra for a Prompt Engineering Symphony Masterpiece. THANKS!
Hey Mark! Your video came at the right time as I also start to kick off my Prompt Engineering freelancing work. Your videos are such a lifesaver for me - especially when it comes to being in the moments where "Let's see if the proof is in the pudding". The clients have legit questions for us (eg: "I can just go to GPT myself or Google search myself, so why do I need this?", "So it's just text on a page - what do I get out of this that I don't already know?", etc). I hope this topic on communicating value can one day be answered in a video, but thank you so much.
so glad they're helpful! that's completely the goal of the channel and as a fellow freelancer, the value of solid prompt engineering speaks for itself -- there are thousands of businesses seeking experts to guide them through the the darkness to optimize their use of AI. I wouldn't sweat those who haven't realized the value of it yet, they'll come around on their own 🙂working with great clients who 'get it' is the route to a great business
I look forward to watching your Make masterclass. At the moment, a lot of this feels over my head. But your content helps me know what’s possible as I build my skills. Thanks for explaining things in easy to understand language.
OMG ,Mark, awesome! You hit it again, you really presented your video in a wonderful and beautiful way. I want to know what screen recording software you use, the picture is really HD
Hey Mark!--thanks for helping me dive right in! Made it through level 2, but in level 3, I'm finally error-free, but (as a newbie), wondering if we needed your Airtable file? I only see the button code to copy, but no Airtable file. I tried to recreate the table, and the button script completes with no errors, but nothing's getting written to the prompt/result columns. It seems they need to be populated with functions or variables returned from Make? Thanks for any insight!
hi Lisa! my pleasure -- unfortunately, Airtable doesn't allow me to share my table as you would be able to share a Google Sheet and make a copy of it. The most I can do from my tier of account is provide public access to may table, which wouldn't be of much help (also opens me up to random requests haha). I think what might be happening in your case is that your webhook from Make.com is not 'hearing' the assets that the button is sending over. Two quick troubleshoots: 1. Make sure that your webhook ID is correct and working and is pasted into the script 2. Make sure that your Make automation is set to trigger 'Immediate', you'll find this on the bottom left of your screen when you toggle the automation on. By default it's on demand, meaning you have to physically click the play button in order for the webhook (or ear in my analogy) to start listening in to the airtable script for a payload of information to kick off the pipeline. My third troubleshoot would be to unlink the webhook from the rest of the pipeline, and run it individually clicking the airtable button and seeing if it successfully 'captures' the information being transmitted. The webhook is the key to everything if the Airtable script is running fine, your column names and data types for those columns are identical to mine :)
@@Mark_Kashef Sweet. Webhooks and using the Code by Zapier to get it to flow well. Definitely A/B chgpt and claude for custom code. The new o1 model is good, and still.. LOL Thx a ton for your killer content!
