Any misalignment between these can hinder the execution of 'B', implying you might be working towards others' strategies rather than your own goals. Realigning 'A' and 'C' is vital. This resonates with my favorite quote: "Dream during the first hour of the day & spend the rest of the day working towards those dreams." The initial phase encompasses contemplation of 'A' & 'B', while the latter entails the actions denoted by 'C'.

I realized in the organization which I work the tasks are very overlwhelming that I feel I do not work strategically for myself, or I resolve other’s problems. I like the idea to dream every morning. I will try to do it . Thank you Sir.

This video is very helpful. I have been frustrated for so many years because it felt like I haven't accomplished anything that I personally want. In societal standards, I may be seen as successful, but what I have always done is to fulfill other people's strategies. And I feel it more right now with my new role because I do not feel that my project is moving. It seems that I am always back to step 1. My boss is brilliant and kind, but she lingers and overthinks the process. I want to be able to accomplish something. So your video is truly helpful. It's about time that I define my own strategy and work my way to fit in other people's goals with mine.
I work in a service oriented environment , what resources do you recommend to continue studying and continue thinking along those lines of strategy and tactics?
Anyone notice the other competing goals / pyramids splitting our time and so the current goal is either completed later than expected or abandoned for another new goal. i would like to hours of lecture on how to works with the other competing for our attention.
Strategy = thoughts/goals Tactics = actions/results That’s essentially how this guy defines it. It makes sense, but in different contexts, both could be synonymous.
