Howdy Coach, I’d be interested if possible in a video regarding overcoaching. Coming from someone like yourself with the amount of knowledge you have, when do you find is best to insert your coaching tips without doing too much? This would be at a high school level, kind regards!
Do you have to place your hand so that your fingers touch the white seam stuff, or does that not matter? I noticed you always grip it in the same spot, but I would assume when you catch the ball in game you would more likely grip it in a random spot. Sorry if this question sounds stupid. In my country American football really isn't a thing, I lately touched a football for the first time, so I was just wondering.
So you want to always try to get the threads except on quick routes like slants, Hitches or screens. But for the most part you want to try to grip it the same way on the laces. Appreciate you asking and appreciate you watching, hope this channel can help you!
Hey coach, how do I make sure I'm engaging my legs and core when I throw, are you supposed to have sore legs and a sore core if you're properly using both during a throwing session?
I would say so, I mean if you’re new to the position and the form you are trying to work on. I think a lot of guys feel sore after throwing a new way for the first time
And even if he doesn’t throw spirals in the video, he still gives lot of tips how to throw it. Ive been watching all his videos for the past 2-3 months and im already throwing dimes. I might even start Varsity next year
