Everything you have just said is exactly what my ex partner is doing. I have noted that she is using the eldest and doesn't mention the youngest, she is using the eldest due to his age. How the hell can i combat all of the above if she is been coached by a corrupt solicitor and i am self litigation, i am fed up of been silenced by the courts and CAFCASS. she has been succesful in getting an emergency non molestation, PSO and Child arrangement. And yet i have done nothing wrong, how on earth is she getting away with this.
I'm going through the same. Its absolutely horrible. Moving out of town without telling me. Taking the children out of school without telling me. Then saying that I need a court order to see my kids. Yet I have not had a letter from a solicitor or judge.
Mate, you have nailed the copy and paste toxic mother playbook 1000%! The saddest part is us men are strong enough to ultimately deal with it. But it's our kids that unfortunately feel the full brunt of such devisive behaviours. Sending gratitude from Australia!

You're 100% Phil, spot on. This 'system' has been working in the family courts for at least the last 15 years, if not longer, so why hasn't a decent counter strategy been created? Seems like we've actually gone backwards, if that was actually possible. A lot of guys will be having this play out right now, I hope they get in contact. Great vid btw

@@mckenziefrienduknetwork What if the applicant ex has not stated any information other than the first application of cao wanting contact when the respondent that's been at high risk from the ex applicant before and during the process has been domestic abuse harrassment and had a convictions in criminal courts the safeguarding concerns high risk had all children services involved sure u no all the process of it all with child need plan etc. The applicant using family court for further abuse. The respondnt never replied to the first forms or missed being sent any of the others. Missed all the information for nearly a year due to not recieving the relevant information of proceedings so is this fair when the victim of abuse has had no input or evem replied to the courts or the evidence mkssed out on for their side of the case. Its now resulted in section 37 being done by yet anothr ss worker with a child need plan second time having done. Their going by the records on system for the respondents evidence. What should be done as still the ex applicant hasnt stated nothing what type of contact they want or any accusations what they have said in the court proceedings they have said its unknown to the respondent whats been said throughout the year in all they missed. My son is going through exactly as outlined in your video. He had no choice but to take a loan out and has now spent £thousands on solicitors / barristers fighting for contact to his children to take place as well as to clearing his reputation. He is now homeless and fortunately he still has his job where he has been employed now for over 28 years. His partner gets legal aid. In your experience is my son fighting a losing battle? His children are his world! These people must be stopped. So many parents are losing out being ordered no contact or rights to their child / children - their partner alienating their child / children against them! It is just so unjust! My son has a fact finding hearing now listed early next year (February) - due to backlog caused by covid.
One big issue that I have, is a practice that I'd refer to as "Strategically-Stored Allegations" Example, a resident Parent can Text the Childrens Dad and Ask Him to come over and pick up a bag from outside the back of their House, He goes over but cant find it a/ He looks around for a while trying to text, Telephone, or knock on the door. He maybe leaves and receives another Text telling Him to return, He does all the same things again. While all the time CCTV belonging to the Mother is recording Him. Many, many months, perhaps years later He discovers that a Formal complaint was made to the Authorities Stating that He was "Stalking & Harassing them" He had no previous idea about this Allegation, and has perhaps forgotten much of the detail and has lost the Texts. This Allegation was carefully kept and Strategically-Stored for the future. I was taking my Son home to His Resident-Mothers home after I dropped Him, I turned around to waive, I was photographed and an Allegation was made that I was trying to get into the property. Also, I learnt never to open my Front door when the Mother came to my home, I'd only speak through an upstairs window, opening the front door to an accuser made me very vulnerable to Allegations of abuse. The Resident Mother claimed Her rear garden Shed was broken into and that she saw me inside this shed, I had no idea of this allegation, as it did not surface for around two years, I could have easily proved that I was working at the time of this Allegation in another City all that week. Many Stored-Allegations of this type were used and are being used against me.
How true! I had this..bar the child being clingy to her. Had the allegations of treading on egg shells, controlling etc . But I have something.. . Evidence of a police statement where she admitted when giving a statement about abuse..she was cornered with her lies..it reads *I thought that if I wasn't happy with my marriage, if I called the police your get me a house,* and then the section 7 report shows that she was telling the social worker that she would come back to me providing I moved out and got my own place...so she had to flea abuse but then wanted to come back and live alone with the abuser??. The judge didn't bother with a fact finding but I'm shocked this wasn't seen as perjury?. They still use the same allegations in their witness statements to this day without any consequences
What if children are 17 &18 but I have PR, no maintenance, history of injunctions of violence. Father history of drugs doesn’t live in uk but appeared 2019 covid & poisoned children’s minds. Gave them choice they chose him because they was seeking dads affection & he bought them. Court offered him to challenge but never made an appearance
Amazing video. That is exactly what happened to all my friends. It's like a copy-paste scenario. The sickening part is, as soon as one woman criticizes that video, the rest of the women give her a (like) 😂 and say, 'Yeah yeah, let's support each other.' It's the same story. Sadly, fathers are now powerless. We don't want the justice system to be biased but fair. If only the court could go to the fact-finding hearing, but they avoid it and all the decisions are based on reports from CAFCASS and Section 7 of the social worker while the father is just sitting and watch his son/ daughter taken away. Same scenario I see every time. And the family solicitors are just copying and pasting horrific statements for their (alleged victims), keep milking the legal aid. Shame on the system
If I dont say this made me laugh I would be lying to say you didnt change my life. . I was so bottom ground on the abuse of my wife, If there a God he has truly helped me by finding your site. Only today did i say to my wife to start taking the kid to school as i have been doing it 4 times a day for 6 years. But I am the loved dad to my girl. What I see is I am allowing or forcing bonding between them, my daughter was upset I couldnt take her to school.. TY tomorrow back to taking her to School another lesson learned
My son told caffcass and court that he wanted a DNA test done. Caffcass report was in totally support of my son but courts have kicked him down. The mother has had all sorts of complaints against her including threatening a 12 year old girl and her family. She's completely brainwashed the child and has made her believe none of us love her. It's been heartbreaking seeing it affect my son

It's quite disgusting to hear this encouragement of child abuse even though I understand it's irony. This is exactly what narcissists are doing and it's basically child abuse. Luckily this doesn't always work. My 'ex' did exactly this and added in some horrible allegations of child abuse against me. She is a covert narcissist and doesn't care about her daughter, only uses her as an instrument. But the local family court was quite professional and it ended with them advicing that I as a father get sole custody. In the end we settled in litigation for shared custody and 50 % time each. Unfortunately the allegations and harassment continues and in order to protect my daughter I may have to seek sole custody. But any contact with the legal system as a man/father is extremely stresful and risky, especially in Sweden where it's basically a feminist-dominated system. The courts, social authorities, police, etc. need to learn more about female covert narcissists and how they play the victim and abuse children.

The problem is most staff in CAFCASS or court system have not gone through what most alienated fathers have gone through. All what they know is 'limited ' knowledge that they learned in school. No real life experience
If ex is a piece of shit and your child wants to live with you: Only way to save your childrens childhood is take them and don’t take them back. By the time (years later) the courts have given you a final hearing, the child will be established with you.
When your Ex’s new boyfriend punches you in the mouth at handover in front of the child but CAFCASS still support her application despite having joint custody for 4 years and no child welfare issues have ever been raised other than against the mother. Video of her spitting at me (battery under common assault) and the judge says “Well the spittle didn’t hit you.” You know you have no chance. The courts are gynocentric. My eldest at 16 voted with her feet and was told by my ex she was no longer welcome at her house whilst claiming I brainwashed her. 🙄
I know a little jhonny case father Throwing said Jonny against a wall , other parent reports that to police. Police suggested social service, the case was nfa despite jhonny being gillick compenetent , telling the police , social worker. Guess who got looked at the non parent who protecting said child. Very shady system
This is similar in Canada. I just went to an Equity training program (I work in Children's Aid). They covered marginalized client groups (only Aboriginal females and Black females are marginalized apparently) and skipped over English as a second language Clients and ALL Males of any group. The latter has to hurdle a ridiculous amount of double standards.... unbelievably unfair treatment of Males (especially those that speak english as their second language. this is what Feminism should be fighting for. Equality.... Pfffft!

False allegations against me have been deemed proved/ true by the family court judge.. this seems to be normal practice in the family court in east london... surely there must be some way to stop this ??

I need help... my ex partners father threatened to kill and attempt on my exes eldest child. For this reason I don't want him having physical contact with my child, who I share with my ex partner. Courts are agreeing with ex partner despite my ex stating the incidents did happen. All coz he got disgnosed woth depression since the incident and the incident was 3 years ago. Apparently this is acceptable. He's now even worse in terms of depression, but according to my ex and courts it's OK. Police won't prosecute coz ex won't put in a statement despite admitting to police that the incidence did occur
So today i had the first hearing after the section 2 report and low and behold i have been thrown under the bus. My question is it is my children's birthdays coming up and unfortunately due to a wonderful parent. I am not allowed to see them and give them their gifts in person, i am allowed to send them and write one measly letter per week. Our children are going to think i am not bothered about seeing them as apparently they are constantly been told i am at work. Is it wrong of me to just put in the letter that basically i am not allowed to see them and it is not my fault???..... i don't want them thinking i just don't want to see them or i am prioritising work, it has been 17 weeks since i saw them and i am going out of my mind.
Jamie, sadly you are not alone, my diary is booked up with parents in similar positions. It is incomprehensible and month by month getting worse because of this new legislation.
@@mckenziefrienduknetwork It seems to me that the Judge wants a bitter feud just as much as the blood thirsty solicitor. I gave a timeline in the events and pointed out key things that proved she is abusing the system, it is clear to see with out the evidence. All i asked for was to see my boys for their birthdays for one hour under what ever terms, and yet i have been dismissed. She has used everything you said in that video, when the truth is she is actually the harmful parent who is doing them so much damage and yet i am the one in the spotlight, all because one day she just decided she no longer wanted me to be a part of their lives. I'd love to use your services, but unfortunately CMS and been left to pay for things, i have no financial freedom. Keep up the good work Phil, you are a voice and a saviour in our time of need.
This is such a catch 22 and basically, makes 50/50 a non starter even if the hand over times are after school so you don’t have to go to each other’s homes. They can take the child maintenance though whether they cooperate or not lol
What can you do when it comes to the final hearing…our solicitors costs have already gone £6k over the estimate and we have no money left to fight for the final hearing. What are your options when the ex is lying, changing their story and gained financial aid based on these lies? Even though we have evidence which proves they are lies. Well actually it’s the abusers who will throw an ex spouse under the bus, male or female. In this video, You’ve done a great job making sarcastic mockery out of women who’ve been through abuse as well as their children. You’ve got great videos but this one is just wrong. You seem to think that swearing and insulting a mother and in front of the child by the father is ok. As well as fathers being emotionally abusive. Why is this ok?

I don't refer to 'women' once. These are your perceptions and interpretations. There is no validity in suggesting that I am 'wrong' based on your personal interpretations of the video. You are free to interpret it as you like, but there is no foundation to criticise based on it. Everyone will view it differently and apply their own experiences.
The resident parent is usually mum. Accusations of parental alienation are usually directed against mum. I'd wager that mum is more likely to claim attachment/alignment issues. Don't therefore think it's a leap of preconception to interpret the character you're portraying as a woman. Can't tell if you're a phenomenal actor or speaking from experience but I've stopped vid at 8min. Just found and binged a load of your content, happy to have found such a wholesome soul within this turgid topic. Then this came along and hurt my brain.

I received my next court hearing date and the district judge on hearing is from same place as her solicitors. I googled the judge name and to my surprise is listed at same address as hers solicitors.i am self respective in my case should I be worried about this. I am confused.
