Thanks for the tips. I almost hit a 180 for the first time in forever earlier after watching your video, how to throw a dart straight. The one leg balancing was brilliant. Really helped me focus on stability. Any tips on stabilizing of the shoulder so I can consistently bend and unbend my elbow would be awesome. Cheers.
I’d say a really smooth tempo stabilise the shoulder. I like to think the speed I pull back at is the same I propel the dart forward at. When you try to proper your arm really fast the shoulder inevitably moves
Almost hit my first one about a week ago. First 2 went in, although the second dart was kind of loosely in the board. Third dart also goes in but got messed up by the loosely haning 2nd dart and fell out. Also brought dart 2 with it leaving me with just 60. I felt somewhat robbed
