I've been doing the parisian knot for ages but I was looking for another knot to use with some shorter scarves. The fake knot is going to be a new go-to for me. Thanks for the awesome video!
I’m a fan of the Parisian and four-in-hand for longer scarves...very useful to have the extra layer around your neck when it’s windy and below freezing. I also have a shorter scarf, which I configure in a “half once around”...basically a drape, but I make one end longer and cast that over the opposite shoulder. This way, my neck is somewhat protected, whilst maximizing the visual appeal of the colors and patterns.
I was never a scarf guy, but today was cold as hell where I live, and this vid makes wearing them look very stylish. Should try some of these next week!
All 10 of them are pretty good knots, another great video Antonio! My favorite is still the Pretzel knot, which is quite similar to the Four in Hand one, but simply works better for me.
I keep coming back to this video, although my favorites are still 1. The Drape & Once Around. Simply because it is stupid easy to do and looks kinda stylish if done correctly 2. The Reverse Drape Tuck, 'cause it looks a little bit sophisticated and seems to provide a good amount of protection against the cold, and it just adds a little of depth to your look. 3. Reverse Drape Cross. It is something about i just don't know what 4. Four In Hand... well it just looks like you know what you are doing, and know how to dress up and be good looking. It is somewhat sophisticated, yet a bit mysterious and classly at the same time. 5. Twice Around? It to me comes off as stylish but also looks very defined in a way. Am i adding unnecessary thoughts & depths to just a scarf?! Hahaha!
My missus was having a clear out of some old clothes and she said " look at this. I've had it since we first met and it still fits" To which I replied " yeah it's a scarf love"
Hello Antonio. I used to wear the scarf but because I didn't feel good with simply knots I stopped. Thanks to you and your amazing ideas I m gonna start to wear it again. My favorite one is four in hand-looks cool, protects good. Happy new year....
It's almost summer, and I'm watching this. Great video, by the way! Recently got into Harry Potter, and I received a Ravenclaw scarf on my birthday, and I only really knew the Parisian/European knot,alongside the once around. After watching the video, I fell in love with the Reverse Drape cross and the Reverse Drape! Just subscribed!
The 1st day of a Northern Canadian Autumn brought me here. Although, once Winter starts, I'll resort to "The Ninja" knot, where you wrap the scarf around your neck and face until only your eyes are left showing. Like a "Twice Around" x 2. Antonio, I truly lean a great deal about presentation from you. I don't know why Barney's or Burberry's hasn't contracted with you. The presentations are clear, precise (military), detailed, informative. Solid video capture and editing. Same for sound. Nothing more disturbing that video with bad sound. You have covered everything from head to toe and throw in discounts. And to think I just stumbled on the series. It should be on HGTV or something. Consider approaching a network.
