I use T pins from the Walmart craft isle to fasten my swivels but I'm definitely gonna double up my pool noodles from now on, great tip. Good luck tomorrow
@@DWSOutdoors the one thing I've been trying to learn is how to change the dropper length quickly without retying the weight. Still trying to figure that out. I have those weights that supposively all you have to do is move the line up them but they slip easily and it seems like the line is either too heavy and I can't get it in that groove or too light and it slips right off! So I need to learn how to tie and adjustable knot somehow

What size hooks are you using? On my drop shot rigs I tie two #2 Aberdeen gold hooks which has worked really good for me and will at times double up on perch. I use the same drop shot weights and barrel swivels as you. I’m always looking for different drop shot ideas. Love your channel
