Oh my goodness 🥹 I can’t believe I’m just now finding your channel. I am 26 now but I had a stroke as well at the age of three, and from the looks of it have similar symptoms to you. Thank you so so much. You have no idea how long I have needed an easy video like this ❤❤❤

Does your arm or hand ever hurt when it contorts either to the outside or inside. Seems like it was really twisting in this video.

Yes, sometimes when it is really twisted it does hurt, which is why I try to move back to a more normal comfortable position. Botox injections help relieve this twisting

I had a stroke last year. I lost my left arm. and walk with a limp Not being able to bun my hair properly is very aggravating but this is good enough! I walk just like you btw!
