They did a great job, but I wouldn't recommend a crowbar for removing the old backsplash. There are better options available, although you'll almost always wind up with wall damage. Also, you'll need outlet box extenders if the new backsplash is thicker than the old backsplash or if there isn't an existing backsplash.
