My word! This has been extremely useful. The washing-machine guy wasn't going to be able to come out for just over a fortnight. Very, very pleased!

Really useful advice. I tried Bosch customer services but they were unobtainable. The machine blew last night and tripped out the electricity for the house. Got the door open in seconds after watching your video. Many thanks!

Just found this video. Our simiilar Bosch has just failed with a load of washing stuck in it - big flash in the bottom of the drum and it blew the ring main breaker. Tried looking for the tab behind the filter door - it isn't there. Back to square one.
