I could never touch my toes since I was 7-8 years old. I just touched my toes for the first time after this exercise!!!!!! I had to do it for 10 minutes and I could hold the touch for only 1 second but I did it!! Oh my gosh you’re the best
I was doubtful until I went to test out my own results and I immediately touched my toes??? I've been bothered by a memory of my old coach saying every self respecting athlete should be able to touch their toes, turns out it was easy to learn if you teach it right, thank you!

I have question , i never workout before and i don't move my body alot in my daily life , and wanna start working out, so should i start with stretching for a weak before i start exercise or start working out directly
So, how are you? If you hadn't started yet, go for it dude. You should train all types of strength anyways, do bodyweight exercises, with weights, extension and mobility exercises like this one, do cardio, do everything with proper rest, food and planning and you'll become Zeus himself. Or, maybe you're him already, I don't really know.

Day 1 of this exercise, i hope i can do it within a week EDIT: im actually in shock it's still day 1 and i already managed to touch my toes, i will definitely keep doing this until i can elephant walk
I can do this I can't do the elephant walks just yet properly because I have hamstring tightness I'm very very tight in that area due to a physical disability but this is going to help for sure
I heard that the goal of this stretch is to stretch the hamstring area so you don't need to touch your toes but instead you can stand up and lean backwards and that'll give you the same effect just less dangerous! I'm not a yoga person so I don't really need to touch my toes, but for regular exercise I think the leaning version should do the same trick
Hi Gaetano! You can definitely use a massage gun for this! Try to run the massage gun down the muscles that are being stretched! We are actually working on a video about how to use a massage gun to get a deeper stretch, so stay tuned for that one!!

How many time/reps to do a daily routine? My hamstring are made of steel and I don't see any advantage. But my mobility is very very weak and for 40 years I haven't done anything to improve it
