I wanted to use one of your presets that is marked with the green icon and it said that i needed to buy an addon pack forbthis to work but i don't know which addonpack will make this green icon preset to work. Maybe in your list of addon packs yiu can add the different preset color indicators which will make it easier to choose a addon

THREE QUESTIONS: 1) Does this only work where the shot itself contains the items that need to be tracked? In other words, if I have a 5 min segment of footage and I need tracking between the 2:00 mark and 2:30 mark time stamp, do I have to segment out the part that needs tracking, perform all the tracking and effects, render that section into a separate film, and then rebuild the project using the original footage but cutting out the section that I pre-rendered, install it on the time line, and then render the entire project as whole, or is there a way to use tracking in the middle of the original footage? 2) Also, how does this work with perspective changes such as a zooming out? In your example footage, the distance from the targets is the same and only has a slight rotation. If I have footage of a person watching an explosion from a distance using a telescope and the footage shows that telescoped view, and then the character moves the telescope away and continues to watch the explosion, and now the viewer does as well, will tracking be able to handle the size changes from one perspective (zoomed in) to the other, (zoomed out) to a degree that the explosion effect would remain in the correct spot or would I need to create two separate composites? This begs a third question, can you have two tracking sections in the same footage? Hope that makes sense

Hello there Total complete newbie looking to follow along with Tutorial. Problem 1 is how and where is all this loaded from? I have the .zip loaded into default position. Ok NOW What? You seem to jump in the middle somewhere. Sensei is "one who has gone before" generally considered teacher yet jumping in with things loaded "from where" isn't it. Even if you mention 'Pull files from ***" That would at least be a place to start. Thanks.

I got video clip, composite shot and I am trying to track an object , i see the tracking point and i adjust the red and green box, position it , when i click on track forward or backward is not doing anything ,appreciate your help- using( HF 2017 )

I'm having an issue with my tracking. It never fully plays out the tracking like yours did when you hit "track forward". Mine just goes for a few frames and stops. What am I doing wrong?

I have a really awkward shot where I need to track text. The problem is that it starts and ends off screen. Is it even possible to do this? I could use key frames but it won't look nearly as smooth.
