Your temp actually dips before ovulation then rises up day after dip to show u ovulated. So watch for the 1 day dip then rise up next day and day after. I also use LH strips to confirm the ovulation day.

Premom has a very informative video where a doctor talks about bbt and she talks about women who have nightshift and I believe she says those that have night shift take their bbt when they get home after their shift, I believe don’t quote me on that. Look up the Premom RU-vid channel and find that presentation, it was so informative!
