We would love a video explaining more details about taking the birth control pill, especially in your 40s… Yaz specifically takes my PMDD symptoms away, and greatly increased my quality of life, but I am afraid to go back on it due to age and been trying to be natural, but so tired of suffering… The reality is all the natural treatments are not helping by acne, and cycle induced anxiety and depression. there is so much fear mongering out there in the natural health community that it has people scared to take things that they may need! Different birth control pills are better for different needs… An in detail review of the different types of progestins and their effect would be awesome.

This is a very good video i really wasnt looking for this because of the app thing just wanted to know how to do it on a calender because apps can freeze or or mess up but writing it on a calemder wont. Also i like ysing hello wisp for my birth control its another very good company to use i like them a whole lot! Im not trying to get pregnant though. Just wanted to learn how to track everything on the calender.

it’s 1 am i just realized that i always wait for it to ruin my pants and then i’m like “oh, looks like it’s started !” would b sm more convienent if i put on a pad beforehand because i knew my period was starting. almost downloaded an app but didn’t bcz of the stupid tracking. so like now i’m watching this at 1:20 am in the night 🥳

I printed or downloaded a calendar not an app 7 years ago! I was trying to get pregnant....it worked

Does everyone with regular period ovulate? If so what other non obvious sign of ovulation and or uncommon sign of ovulation?

Having a period = ovulated 2 weeks prior. If you didn’t have a period that month, it means you did not ovulate that month. So yes everyone with a regular period ovulates once a month. But even those with irregular periods still ovulate, it’s just either more spread apart or bunched closer together. This can make getting pregnant exceptionally harder. If you are ovulating, some common signs are clear stretchy discharge, heightened sex drive, positive mindset. If your period is very regular than you can remember when your ovulating because it will be right in the middle of your cycle

My period comes 17 days after the first positive LH test, so that would mean that I ovulate 16 days before my period. Does this make sense? I’ve heard so many people state that it’s 14 days.
