You started of by defining Supply & Demand as areas of Consolidation then a sharp push away but towards the end the examples used were Supply areas without consolidation but definitely can see the big institutions moving price.
sorry when I explain it as consolidation it's always going to be an individual candle generally, it's just that it's at the turning point of the market, where a consolidation would be seen if you dropped to any form of lower TF :) could have explained it better in the vid but hope that makes some sense!

The only thing I don't understand is that the first break of structure is often a liquidity grab to keep going lower so to enter so soon after that would be a risk?
on previous videos you take trade from area that broke structure (wicks don't count), this one you took from consolidation area. Can you explain further.

Best advice I could give is DO NOT Trade on Your own, Stick to an Expert until you have a strategy which works. Have a long term mindset and compound your account. project it over a year or so and meet those daily goals. My goal is to save 10k for my wedding. I'm at $5,700 right now. My goal is to achieve it by December 31st. I'm also paying down debt too (credit cards) I think I can do that as I'm more than halfway there after only 3ish months in.

Hey Jea but the below demand area has Imbalance and looks better as it is the original move. Do i conclude from that is to watch both areas and if a Choch happens then this is the valid area and the one beneath is invalidated?
Noooo certainly not Sometimes following this method will mean missed opportunities, but that’s the same with any other concept in trading, and that’s okay! You’ll get enough trades for it to be a meaningful strategy to trade with 🙌

Nope 👎🏻 order blocks/supply demand zones on daily and weekly timeframes can take YEARS to fill and still react, go to EURUSD weekly chart for an example
