Thanks so much as the card is so difficult to remove. Two questions 1} what was the tool you used to remove card and 2} when I turn the pocket on and connect to computer the transfer file option does not show up. I am not able to find it in the menu . Thank you!

1. It's a sim card pin. 2. The connection is probably done with a cable that does not support data transfer or your computer have an anti-virus or firewall that block the connection.

Can’t see my footage or export or anything thru the app.. I hate how frustrating this is.. I was sold thinking it would make it easier to do reels but this shit just made me not wanna make any content at all.. I’m sick of it

Put your phone in airplane mode mode when connected to DJI App it should load the footage then

I did not test it with a cable. I personally use the USB-C connection to a computer. But suprisingly, the wireless transfer is very fast.

Hell no.. this shit is so irritating trying to get the footage to a phone.. it says use the Mimo app but all the footage is blacked out and won’t even play.. it’s an expensive worthless fucking toy.. looks good but still gotta go thru too much bullshit to get the footage.. I want my mf money back

Hum. Good question I never tried to do it from the camera but I'm pretty sure you can. I personally do it from my computer. I just delete the file from the folder and empty trash. Formating the SD card would also work of course.

@@lesliemontes5308 yes. If your phone is an apple iPhone too. Close your mimo app, Turn off your cellular data. And open your app again and connect to your camera again. That should do it.

Just been out all day and got back. I tried to delete some old files, but I completely f* up and deleted everything! I feel like 💩 ! How could I be so f* careless! Any chance of getting anything back?

If you are lucky they are still in the trash. Otherwise there is some software to recover data. But I never tested one that worked like a charm.

@@HowToPM It’s too late I’m afraid. I f* up good and proper and lost the lot. Even the drone footage I did save wasn’t great because it was pretty windy so that’s all jumpy. If it’s fine next weekend I’ll do it all over again. What gets me so mad is the wastage; the time and the £££!

anybody having issues with their pocket 3 footages having out of sync audio when editing with da vinci resolve or final cut pro?

It's possible that the framerate setting of your resolve or fcp project is not the same as what your footage was recorded at. So if you recorded your video at 59.94 fps, then make sure your project is also set to 59.94 fps. If you still encounter issues with it being out of sync, try setting the "Video Compression" in the pocket 3 settings to "Compatibility (H.264)" and see if you still get sync issues. If that fixed it, then the computer you're editing on is struggling with editing the HEVC "Efficiency" files. That compression method takes more processing power for the computer to deal with in playback/editing. If you still encounter issues, perhaps trying a different microSD card might resolve it if the pocket 3 is having trouble writing to that particular card. Hope that helps!

If you have videos that are longer than 10 mins don’t bother using the mimo app. Everytime the app is almost don’t downloading the footage it freezes and you have to restart it

I never use the app. Just connect the camera tou your computer, you will be able to extract the file very easely.

But how do you import the files into editing software? From what I can see the audio file is not imbedded in the video file (they're separate files). If I import both the video and audio file how do I synchronize them as there is no scratch audio in the video file?

The audio is in the video file. If you got a seperate audio, it's because you enable a feature that will still record the internal audio and the wireless mic. So the video file will have the wireless mic audio, plus you will have a seperated file for the internal audio. They have the same name so they are easy to recognize. The timing when you start them at the same time is perfect.

@@HowToPM That's exactly what I thought would be the case, but the video file when imported has no audio whatsoever. I can't hear anything and there is no waveform on the video timeline
