If you have both the phone with you, you can use move to ios app to trasfer data android to iphone. Manually you can copy photo, videos, document from android to pc using data cable, usb drive or google drive. Contacts can be synced in iphone by sign in with Google account. SMS is little difficult in manual, you can copy to google drive using sms backup and restore to view in excel. Apps and their data can't be transferred. Whatsapp also not supported to transfer. Manualy you can export chats to mail or google drive. Whatsapp chat can be exported as text file.

Yes that I have shown at the start of video, you can copy paste from the iphone drive shown in the windows explorer and also using windows photo app. But I have experienced many times that copy stopped in between or too much slow if video files are larger than 2 GB. But using itunes and documents app tranfer of large video files is faster and not interrupt in middle of process.

first you need to open itunes is laptop or pc, now connect iphone with cable when pop up come in iphone trust this pc, tap on trust. You need to authentic using iphone passcode in mobile. now some thing asked in pc than click on continue. When iphone connected you will see very small phone icon on top side below music tab. click on this icon, on left side you will see file sharing tab, click on this, now from the list select documents app. documents app wors in both direction iphone to pc and pc to iphone. some time if iphone not detected in itunes you need to start pc, if still not need to restart iphone.

I think you are talking about saving files windows to iphone. That I have explained in the video. Both are possible using itunes, iphone to pc and pc to iphone.

I am however using VLC on the phone which does the same thing as the Documents App. Do u by any chance have a vid on how to backup Notes (iphone app) to PC? Can Documents do it? @@chirantans2162 You can transfer notes using document app. First need to save notes in iphone files by sharing option on notes. It will save notes as text file. Now using document itune folder import that file to document app. Now using itunes transfer that text file to pc.

You can copy pc files to itunes folder of document app as per video. Now move files to any other folder inside documents app. You can play movies from here using vlc media player. Or using file manager app of ipad move these files inside vlc folder. Open vlc media player and now you can watch these movies in ipad.

in the file transfer option, choose documents app and there are in below you will find add file. browse the location and file will copy in documents app itune folder, now in iphone open documents app and move files to iphone storage. you can also drag and files and folders from computer to document app in itunes.

if you see itunes app there is one option i have mentioned file sharing. Select documents app, scroll down where you can see add files option. Now select files from your pc, it will be added into documents app itunes folder. Now open documents app in iphone and transfer these files as per your need.

if you are using windows explorer method, you need to unlock phone and keep unlocked while connecting with pc. From itunes also needs to be unlocked and move photos or videos in documents app itunes folder.

Only through itunes you can transfer files. If you connect directly iphone to pc you will see only photos folder. Phone should be unlocked and tap over trust this pc to see photos folder.

Using documents app you can transfer laptop to iphone, i am using iphone 13 and it is working. Just drag and drop files in itune folder of document app inside itune. there are two options to access documents files one from file manager of iphone where all the files will shown like icloud, Google drive, documents app. Here you can't see itune files. If you open documents app and move the files to another folder than you are able to transfer files documents to your internal storage. See thia video carefully and you will understand all the things. What about Windows 7... You only mentioned Windows 10...

itunes should work on windows 7 also. You can try by installing on windows 7. support.apple.com/kb/DL2065?locale=en_IN Windows 7 is not supported now by Microsoft so not guarantee it will work fully.

you can update itunes in your pc or can reinstall. Also check if firewall is not blocking the connection. You can temporary turn off pc firewall to check.

File sharing ka option nhi arhn waja btae kasy setting kro

Iphone ko connect karte samay, trust this pc ka option ok karna hai, phone me passcode enter karna hain. Agar phone ki sari information itunes summary screen par aa rahi hain jaise sr number, ios version etc. Agar phone unlock hai to file sharing ka option aana chaiye.

Sometime there is problem in itunes, restart your windows pc and try again.

@@NewTechWorldwithTej 1. If the "Allow this device..." question is not showing when you plug in your iPhone - Reset the following iPhone: Settings/General/Reset/Privacy and Location. Plug in iPhone USB to PC. 2. On Windows 10 go to Windows Settings Devices/Bluetooth & other devices/Other Devices"/Apple iPhone AND click "Remove device" (intending to re-install later). 3. RESTART iPhone and plug in USB to PC. If the "Allow" question shows up click "Allow". If not repeat the #2 process and "add device".
