How to Transfer Files from Phone to Phone with MobileTrans App 

How I can transfer large (data) file and(OBB) file from samsung to samsung..with computer ..like PUBGE data it's to large and take longe time with copy ..and the new version of Android devices I can't access to root data .. it's hiding file .. and you need to some apps have access to root file but all app take longe time to copy large pubge files (data) and(obb) 16GB take 7hs to 9 hours to done ..Can you advise me the best solution?
