Hi there! Unfortunately, for iPod Classic, iMazing can only help you export the music from the iPod to your computer. As this iPod is not running on iOS we can't help with the import of music.. I'm sorry we couldn't give you a better answer.
Hi there, thank you for getting in touch. We can't really give you a straight answer as it depends on various factors such as the type of file and the app you're transferring it to. Please get in touch with our tech support team regarding this with more info about the specific files you're asking about and where you'd like to transfer them to: support.imazing.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Thanks!
Hi Edwin, the feature you're asking about is actually 100% free and accessible even in the trial version so the problem you're experiencing is most probably technical and not related to having activated a license. Could you please get in touch with our tech support team with more details: support.imazing.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Hi there, You can install iMazing on your Mac or Windows computer (download from this link: imazing.com/download) And you can then connect your iPad and iPhone. Here's a guide which might help: imazing.com/guides/connect-your-device-to-imazing I hope this helps and let us know if you have any further questions :)
Hi - I purchased your app to use with my iPhone X. It doesn't let me transfer tracks to my iPhone. I always get this message: 'This feature is not available because iCloud Music Library is enabled on Tony’s iPhone X'. I need to keep iCloud on, as I use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Tony, If you have iCloud Music Library enabled, you should still be able to transfer music to your iPhone X. However, you will not be able to delete tracks or modify playlists. If needed you can also get in touch with our support team: support.imazing.com/hc/en-us/requests/new I hope this helps!
What on earth is i-mazing?! You say drag files etc but I do not know what i-mazing sidebar is, where it is, or even if it's on the PC or the i pad. You need a simpler explanation for us who are not tech geeks
Hi Ian! Perhaps it's better if you start off with this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zL7mbXARLJs.html And you can download and install iMazing on your computer: imazing.com/download Once you've done this and connected your device, you can transfer files to your iPhone/iPad by following the steps from this guide: imazing.com/guides/how-to-easily-transfer-documents-photos-music-to-iphone-ipad Hope this helps!
Hi Tray, this specific feature is 100% free so we're not sure what you mean. iMazing does have some paid features which require a license but there's a lot that is accessible for free. We even have this playlist which highlights most of iMazing's free features: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tWsn22t6GdM.html You can take a look.
@@lafemmeanglaise the feature in question is 100% free even within the free version. Here's a detailed guide on how to do that: imazing.com/guides/how-to-easily-transfer-documents-photos-music-to-iphone-ipad You can actually just drag and drop various files directly to the iMazing window. You'll get more info from the article we've sent you but let us know if you have any further questions that we can help with.
