It’s a business they didn’t ask you for like 60 dollars it’s 20 for a year of home which you don’t even need to really purchase because u gets. Free box and bank is 5 dollars. If u have a 3ds game a ds a switch and swsh u can afford 5 dollars for at least 1 year of bank. :/
Dexter Vargas you don’t have to buy both and especially with trading it’s not hard to get exclusives except for maybe box legendaries. All these premium subscriptions are ridiculous though
Gen 3 can also be transferred over since the DS can use a GBA and DS cartridge at the same time so you can bring them to Diamond/Pearl etc and continue on the steps in the video. I have an old Marshtomp from my original Pokémon Sapphire in HOME now
You can get a free squirtle or bulbasaur with its hidden ability for no cost simply for downloading Home. Make sure not to choose Charmander since its already available in game.

@@Kevizzle05 I'm confused by your question. All transferring happens on the Switch version only but you can get these free Event Pokemon through the mobile app. Hope this helps!
I seriously want to know the mind behind this byzantine bureaucracy. How on earth software engineers can come up with such a complicated system. I'm no expert, but wouldn't be selecting a Pokemon, clic on a transfer button and select the game where you want it to go easier?
Very sad day when they shut down pokebank. Big shame they didn't bother to make an offline method of transfer when they knew pokebank wouldn't be around forever.

Buy it once store the pokemon you aren't gonna use and grab a bunch you wanna use. Then swap them out. No need to stay in the subscription. You can stop it and resume it at any moment.

@@Its_nautiee Andres Castillo explained it pretty well some starters and legendaries plus the regional variants of mons already in the game. When Nintendo adds more via the DLC whatever Pokemon they add will become transferrable.
I have over 400 Pokémon that are stuck in Pokémon Home because they can’t transfer over! There’s no explanation as to why either. This is so irritating because these are legitimate Pokémon and a lot of them are shiny/rare.
If they aren't in the Galar Pokedex or one of the 30ish added with Home, they can't be transferred to Sw/Sh. When the expansions come out, about 100 more Pokemon per expansion will be able to be transferred.
The video said that you can’t transfer Pokémon from diamond and pearl into bank and that you need to transfer them to black and white first. But, how about Pokémon platinum?

I just transferred all my Pokémon from Pokémon Y into Home in order to fill up Pokémon Pokédex, but some of the Pokémon I transferred into Home weren’t registered in the Pokédex on my phone, yet the are into the Pokédex on my Switch, why is that?

Can you trade the other way around? Meaning can you trade back from Pokémon Home to Pokémon Bank and back to the games like XY, Diamond, Omega Ruby, Sun, and Ultra-Sun? Asking cause there’s Pokémon’s I want to get off Pokémon Home and into some of the games.
@Thomas Sullivan No but I'm pretty sure it won't work since missing is a technical glitch and not an actual pokemon plus it could damage the app in some way so best be safe not to transfer it but by all means do it if you're curious

I only own Pokemon White and I downloaded Pokemon Bank. Pokemon Bank tells me that I don't have any compatible save data and I can't access any other functions. It seems to need a 3ds Pokemon game to proceed so I can download Pokemon Transporter. Am I Right?
@@dmaster342 well Pokemon from Let's Go that had been sent into Home can still go back to Let's Go but if you transfer Pokemon from Let's Go to Home to Sword/Shield and then back to Home then they can't go back to Let's Go since putting them into Sword/Shield would've changed their info of which Let's Go can't recognize
@@MattZRJSRoxy He asked from Bank -> Home -> Let's Go, not Let's Go -> Home -> Let's Go. I just tried moving Bulbasaur from Home (transferred from Bank) into Let's Go and it wouldn't transfer.
