@@abadazadytgaming7200 switch from ps4 to pc mnk bruh thats very hard am very bad on movement miss some button as well i dnt know want to abandon and go back to controller
I just switched probably like 3 weeks ago. The hardest thing for me is the muscle memory. I been playing daily and trying to not look at the keys I need to press. I end up pressing multiple keys sometimes as well. Hearing you say you were months in before it started to be second nature motivated me even more because ima slow learner when it comes to things dealing with muscle memory. Appreciate you for the useful vid.
@@wellthen8953 pretty well. I’m not looking at keys as much as I did. Aiming still feels clunky to me with middle finger ADS and tap to shoot while moving mouse. Other than that I’m comfortable with movement.
i love playing cod zombies so what i did was i just played zombies high rounds until my muscle memory got used to hitting the keys that are most used on basic pc games. from there i started moving on to multiplayer games and noticed an improvement from before and eventually remembered every key i need. i did map my crouch/prone key to my mouse keys
I just play M&K for a couple hours a day then switch back to controller. Did that for about 3 months. Then one day I ended up committing to M&K and a month and a half later, it feels amazing. Reached Diamond rank on apex legends from bronze 4 and while learning M&K!!!
I recently got into Destiny 2 and I’ve always been a controller player. Only just really got into PC gaming about a year ago. A friend told me I should transition to M&K playing and I’ve been really intimidated by the thought. But I did make the first step in getting a nice gaming keyboard and mouse (Corsair K95 & Nightsword) and this vid really gives me hope. I know it’s gonna be a journey but I’m glad you’ve given some realistic goals and time periods with your suggestions. Thanks so much😊❤
Destiny is the perfect game for practice because you can just go into patrol zones or private matches and practice with no pressure. I wish I could play destiny on mnk. I finally bought a mouse and keyboard like last week but Im on an xbox so I have to play cod or find games that are compatible 😔
I have no problem aiming with mouse but something about the keyboard I struggle with. I’ve been using controller on pc for ab a year and I want to finally adapt lol
I myself just switched about a week ago, finally have my whole desk set up now, my only problem is jumping straight into games like Tarkov & Squad lmao. But I still love it, I know I’ll get better, def will be trying the aim drills
Made the switch from console this week and the aiming came very easy, it’s the movement that’s killing me! Got about 8 hours on m+k got a longgggggg way to go.
This is my 4th attempt..I'm starting with a new game hopefully it wont be as frustrating to learn mouse n key with a game I dont know how to play already.
I would love a list of aim sims I just bought a pc waiting to get a good monitor before set up but still alil worried about the keyboard and mouse thing
Kovaaks has done me wonders! I would just try out a bunch of different scenarios until i found a good routine! Usually I do like 4 drills of tracking and 2 of flicking which takes me like 15 minutes a day and helps tremendously inn terms of aim!
Recently got back into Xbox. And was tired of controller.. cause I sucked lol. But switched to mouse and keyboard and have been a lot better and actually getting kills and havin a good time
Maybe im doing it wrong but i have wrist pain from playing just a little bit no adjustable pc chair just. A drawer and a folding chair i also find wasd difficult to move with anyone have any good tips
it just takes some time to get used it, and yes the wrist pain sucks when you first start bc your hand isnt used to sitting there but you could get a wrist rest like a pad on your keyboard to help with the fatigue :)
It's crazy. I switched maybe 3 weeks ago. I had to learn how to use my left ring and pinky finger. You don't need them at all with kbm. I'm learning, so it is difficult. I genuinely felt like I've gotten more used to the wasd controls and control/shift aspects playing Stardew Valley and Helldivers 2 respectively. I was thrown into HD2 with some friends, so I had no choice lol but its been good. Now I feel much better playing Minecraft after 2 weeks.
Its my first day from Mobile to gaming Laptop it feels frustrating when playing games like Fortnite with Mouse and key Should i just sell it :( I already learn it for 2 months about mouse and key controll but when i try it.. it just feels diffrent. :(
please make a tutorial on how to grow a sixth finger in your hand to press SHIFT hahahahaha I can't press SHIFT and besides, I can't stop pressing the "A" and it keeps making me walk like a crab in games
I used the g502 and loved it! also using the lightspeed wireless and was scared bc of what I heard about response time but honestly I couldnt go back to wired mouse now bc my desk would always get caught mid game LOL
