Man after this sunburn I ain’t never gonna skip out on sunscreen I haven’t slept in 2 days because it hurts to lay down

Fellow pharmacist here - you are doing some great work here. Some great info to get out to everybody.

I promise you that I and my family would take those measures to protect urself against sunburn. This is a small way that when I say I and my family it just simplifies we respect u and ur words. And I do recommend Aloe Vera which is awesome for sunburn and tan.

Another thing you can use plant based antiinflamatoric, soothing creams to help the skin in the healing process, such as Calendula officinalis, Chamomilla, Salvia. Beta carotene and vitamin E are also helpful in the aftercare. 🙂☀️

This is so bad, I'm red from my feet to my face. I feel it pulsating. I think this is the 3. worst sunburn I had in my life. God help us all with this pain.

Don’t go near the kitchen, 3 times I’ve escaped my wife trying to pour melted butter on me.

I have drug induced lupus so I have to be careful anyway. On holiday I put sun cream on factor 50 regularly topping up, same with at home otherwise I won’t just get sunburn I’ll get a side of lupus rash. My lupus has got to my joints before now too.

I work outside 10 hours a day 5 days a week had yet to receive a sunburn. I had been using spay sunscreen but today I went to Holiday World and forgot my own sunscreen and used their free sunscreen multiple times and I hurt so bad. 😭
