How to Treat Allergies Naturally 

Im literally outside all day every year, coughing, sneezing, clear water running out of my nose, eyes red and itchy, throat and lungs feel like being stung by a thousand mosquitos and my body is NOT desensitizing to that stuff. Worst advice ever.

What he doesn't say is that desensitizing takes minimum 3 years, where else the 1st month you have to go for treatment everyday.

I am super allergic so I need to take two medicines every night before going to bed otherwise the next day my entire body starts itching and I can't resist. One day I forgot to take my medication and didn't even think if I had eaten it the next morning so surprisingly my body didn't itch at all. When my mom told me I had forgotten to have it 2 minutes later it went back to itching.

Currently have 30 used tissues on my desk, 6 bottles of water downed and too many assignments missed😢

It’s typically done through allergy shots and it takes a long time. They expose you to more of the allergen over time but you have to be very stringent about getting your doses on time. If not you have to go back a few doses and it adds time to your path to being “allergy free.”

I work as a landscape gardener and I suffer from allergies at work. So I am exposed to pollens and a million other pollutants during the day and you think exposure will desensitise me from having allergies? Lol ok let’s have a good think about what you’re saying

Kay so family trip happened qe went from cool dry area to warm muggy area. Not specifying where. But when I get a misquito bite I developed arpund a quarter size welt around the area. And since ariving in a span of 2 days I have recived about 17 bites (nobody else gets them and I fuxkign hate it) but they are close together and I'm starting to feel like shit. Feels like a buildup in the throat. Can still breath propar but its painful to swallow and yawn Insane itching in those places its almost painful. Bumps and itchy isnt new but the throat is. Is it possible that many minor exposures to said allergen to cause anafalaxis or whatever? I had it once in my sleep unrelated and I'm afraid of delayed syntoms. Id google but its innacurate to the situation. I dont know if its nothing or if i need to like seriously stay inside. I got 2 days left from today if you see this before then (this applies to anyone) would be great to get an opinion cuz i don't wanna die in my sleep. Thanks

I’m terribly confused. Allergic reactions are THE RESULT of exposure, are they not? Believe me, I have nooooooooooo problem getting access to allergens. They never fail to find me. Based on my understanding of this theory, I shud be waaaaaaaaaaay past my allergy problem. Or do I misunderstand?
