I've never subscribed to a channel so quickly, thank you sooooo much for your videos, they explain EXACTLY what I'm looking for (arrangement view woop!!) and in a lovely clear and concise way. You're a legend!!!
Love the content. I wanted to find out how to trigger a song and have it auto play when I hit the trigger. It said on the end of the video you would show us how to do that. I'm subscribed and would love to know. Thanks!
I have been struggling with this question: do I build my backing track project in Arrangement view or Clips view? I thought somewhere I saw someone create clips in clips view that REFERENCE locations in the arrangement view which seems like maybe the best of both worlds. But now I'm just sort of confused and trying to remember what the advantages, disadvantages and differences are between doing it in either view. Can you help me elucidate the situation? Thanks already for your great videos.
Thank you, really helpfull . I use 150 playbacks per singers and i play with 3 singers....imagine. I always use the clip mode method. So, what do you think for musicians who have a lot of backing tracks ? Clip versus Arrangement ?
Yes! Check out the stop tracks videos I have on the channel and the pause and go to next videos. Or the series I have on building a set-ok…watch it all :) but google Ableton stop track and I’ve got tons of content walking through that
Hi... I'm a working drummer and I I'm in charge of triggering backing tracks in my band. I use Ableton but my biggest problem is that letters are SOOO SMALL THAT I HAVE A VERY HARD TIME SEEING THEM ON STAGE... I'VE GOT LOADED MORE THAN 200 SONGS TO BE ABLE TO JUMP FROM ONE TO ANOTHER ACCORDING TO THE AUDIENCE REQUESTS... So my question is, is there a workaround to be able to see the letters better? Zoom in is not a option. I've tried it but it makes it more difficult to navigate through the entire playlist... Thx
@@fromstudiotostage I'd never heard of Taz, but considering the price and the fat it works also on session view I think that's the way to go for me... Thx heaps!
Hello Alex, i am in the same situation, so,your question is welcome. I though to have a second screen bigger near me, than, you can zoom better on the global set on Ableton. Fromstudiotostage channel is wonderfull channel, sharing experiences and solutions, thank you!!!
Honestly (and this isn’t me trying to be a smart ass with my reply) this is a reason I love Ableton. I can quickly control anything with MIDI and key assignments. I don’t use Cubase, but I REALLY love this feature of Ableton
