I don’t think my dog would sit still like that & a sudden move can poke the dog in the eye. I’ll have to have help with someone holding the dog’s head.

how to make that hair not curly? im using slick brush and steel comb but i cant make it like that

One of our groomers taught us to brush the hair before the bath, right before drying and after drying. Never let a dog with fluffy hair dry in the kennel. If they are bad for the dryer then use a soft blower along with a slicker brush, if they are still giving you issues just let them dry in the kennel and do your best.
