After installed, those shades can be lifted? I mean to let sunlight in at day, and pull down to keep unwanted sights at night,; like regular windows blinds. Thanks for your video
Yes! You can lift them up and down, but you would need something to keep them up to the height you're looking for. They stick to the head jamb and sill with adhesive strips at the top and bottom.
I'm not sure if your Redi Shades are like the ones we have but there should be an adhesive tape that sticks to the top of the window opening. What our arch specialist suggests is to stick the Redi Shade on the arch, prior to trimming it. Once it is on there, cut it to size after it is installed. If your arch is a little wider than a single Redi Shade, get your measurements from the base of the curve to the peak curve, apply one shade to the top of the arch, and cut it. Then do the same for the other half of the arch you don't have covered. This will allow you to have two shades butted up against each other, so there might be a small space between them, but this method should work if your arch is wider than a single shade.
