Bought one as a daily because I'm into building 4wds and it isn't that practical to drive a ute on 37s on the road each day, 7 months later I have 3 starlets I can't stop help me
The engine has an option for a Turbocharged version in the Glanza, so it can handle some boost. As long as you dont put in too much pressure stock internals should be fine
0.8 bar of boost and 450cc rx8 injectors. I don’t recommend running that much boost. My car just didn’t make the power I expected at .65 bar so we turned it up.
the 4efe is a good little motor that can handle low boost all days, it also shares a lot of parts with the turbo 4efte, so it should reliably hold boost for awhile
