My wife's scan in 38th week revealed that baby's position is breech. We went to doctor who suggested us to go for c-section. We consulted many doctors and everyone suggested c-section as the only option. We both were very tensed and while searching about breech position on youtube, we came across your video. My wife did all the exercises your video suggested just once and felt baby movements. We were not sure if baby flipped. Today, we went to hospital and found that baby head is downwards. Many many thanks to you. It means a lot to us. I will definitely share this video with all to-be parents. God bless. Addition - I: Blessed with baby boy on 12 Nov 18, normal delivery. Mother and baby are fine. Thank you once again. Addition - II: It is very important for you to make sure that the umbilical cord should not cause any problem. Before doing these exercises, get an ultrasound done and consult your doctor.
So awesome to hear these methods worked for you!its sad that most hospitals go-to is to just get a c-section instead of suggesting trying positions like this to try to turn the baby naturally before going into labor :(
At 34 weeks I found out my baby was in the extended breech position. After watching this video (in my 35th week) I did the lifted hip exercise for about 15 minutes, then I sat on the floor with wide hips and pillows behind me for about 20 minutes. When I went to bed that night I slept on my right side since I always feel the baby on my left. Not 20 minutes after laying I bed I felt baby flip! Had another scan today (one day shy of 36 weeks) and baby is head down!! Glad these techniques worked for me!!
Brittany Anderson I'm in the exact same boat (34 weeks and extended breech) so your post is really encouraging. Thanks for sharing. I'll be giving all of this a go in the coming weeks.
Victoria Wigzell Hello Ladies, I am on my 32 week, I did the four legs exercise and felt my baby's turn (I felt some kicking on the bottom of my belly which may mean that he changes his position but not necessarily to the right one) but after two days he is back to the wrong transverse position. I did not take any ultrasounds, I just guessed. I am hoping that he turns in time. He is active though but not for milestone :) Please let me know about you. I feel safe with others... Thanks
I need to share my story even though it's 1 1/2 years old now! This worked for me with Baby #5! I was 36 weeks when we found out by ultrasound that my once head down baby boy was breech. I just couldn't deal with the thought of a csection with 4 other kids to take of after he was born so I did everything in this video and at my 37 week appt he was head down. So happy. But by the 38 week appt he had flipped breech AGAIN. I came home and repeated all the exercises and after a couple of days I was pretty confident he was head down again. I went in for another appt/ultrasound and he was down. :) We scheduled an induction for later that week and had a smooth delivery at 39.5 weeks. THANK YOU for making this video!
I've been meaning to write to thank you for this video. I was double footling breech at 37 weeks, found this video and he turned at 38 weeks. I also used a flashlight at the base of my tummy and had DH talk to baby to encourage him to go toward the light. My midwife was amazed. I believe a lot of it had to do with me relaxing my hips and allowing for a comfy and hospitable environment for baby to go to. I had a healthy, quick drug-free birth at 39 weeks. Again, thank you for the video.
Hi I just wanna say thank you so much it really worked for me. My OB told me my baby had breech position then I need c section yesterday. Then I didn't give up I tried your exercise when I get home all day. I was getting c section today. But my OB seen me my baby turned back right position. I'm getting induction now. I'm so glad to watch your video. Thanks you so much. Wish you the best.
I did your exercises in this video and my baby turned head down! She was transverse and I did this in the 36th week. The position that worked was the bean bag one. Thank you so much!!
I'm 32 weeks and a PA in OB/GYN and my baby flipped breech 4 days ago. I did the exercises you suggested last night, slept on my opposite side of normal, woke up and still had a breech baby, but I knew it might take a few days/weeks. Then I spent the entire day at the office seeing patients sitting at the edge of my chair with knees far apart, and by lunch I could tell the baby had flipped & I confirmed it by ultrasound! Thanks so much for the ideas!! Can't wait to share them with my patients!
My first baby was a normal delivery. My second baby suddenly moved to transverse position on 39 Weeks 1 day. We immediately found this video and performed the exercises exactly the way you explained in the night. Performed USG next day morning, baby moved back to cephalic position overnight. Even our obstetrician was awestruck by the results of this. We had normal delivery on 39 weeks 4 days. Thank you so so much ❤
This is encouraging as I just got my test results today and my baby is transverse and I’m also 39 weeks and 1 day. I’ll be working on this now and praying for success.
Hi, I want to say thank you. at 30 weeks was told my baby was breech, I watched this video after the visit and I did everything you said. I'm now 32 weeks and just had an ultrasound. My baby already turned into optimal position. Thank you. I knew in my spirit this is what I needed and this is baby#3 too so thank you again you saved my life.
I went in for my routine Midwife appointment at 39 wks and I was told my baby was lying transverse after a sonogram. NOT what you want to hear at 39 wks. That same day they called me to schedule a ECV and a c-section for the NEXT DAY if the ECV wasnt successful. My husband immediately went on youtube after seeing my reaction to the news to see what we could do. I started doing the exercises in this video that same day after my appointment. The next morning going into my ECV/C-section appt (less than 24 hrs later) baby had flipped and the ladies at the hospital were suprised that she flipped and was vertex on her own. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO. Any mommas that get not so good news at 39 wks- be encouraged. My baby flipped in Id say about 12 hrs.
I just have to say that this really worked! I went to have my first check up here in Atlanta after being in school in Tennessee at 37 weeks and they said my baby was breeched. The specialist said I could schedule a c-section or try the version procedure to flip my baby. I was upset because I wanted to have a natural delivery(no meds and vaginally). My version was scheduled a week from that day which was just two days ago on Tuesday. When they did my ultra sound they said my baby had flipped on her own at 38 weeks. I did at least one if not 2 or all of these exercises daily and I did not have to have the version procedure. I had 7 days to do it and the exercises I did consistently were the hip rotations and lying on my back and propping every living room pillow under my hips up since I did not have a huge pillow like shown in the video. I just want to say thanks for the exercises and do not feel discouraged breeched mommies:-)
Thanks so much for making this video. I was told to have a breech baby at 32 weeks. Watched your video and started doing the exercises from 32 to 35 weeks. Managed to turn my breech baby at 35 weeks! ☺️
This video is the truth! Stubborn baby during ENTIRE pregnancy. I had a version scheduled to take place at 36 weeks 6 days. I found this video and started doing the ball exercise at 36 weeks 3 days. Then I used ice packs and the wall exercise with hips open at 36 weeks 4 days. I could literally feel the baby moving while during the exercises. I also made sure I slept on my left side all night. That was uncomfortable, but I did it. Went in for my scan at 36 weeks 5 days...BABY WAS HEAD DOWN!!! It works. I will continue to do the exercises to ensure baby is in the right position. I kinda knew it worked prior to the scan because I could hear a heartbeat using my Doppler below my belly button. Prior to the turn, I could only hear a heartbeat above my belly button. Thanks so much for sharing this video!!!
My baby was breech yesterday at 33 week and we tried as instructed in the video. Today, we did ultrasound and baby flipped head down! Thank you so much! I hope mothers who are having breech baby don’t lose faith and best luck to all of you.
My baby flipped head down overnight! After watching your video. I decided to ask my husband if he would switch sides of the bed with me. I realized I have been rolling too far on to my stomach on my left side and that If I move to his side of the bed I'll either sleep on my right side or on my left (but without obstructing my tummy)- It worked!!! I felt my baby squirming a bunch as I was falling asleep and when I woke up she was what felt like head down. Sonigram confirmed it. Now I just hope she will stay that way. I'm 36 weeks 5 days. Also- I think sitting in a symmetrical open hipped way (like a trucker) is a huge part of keeping her there too. When I am at work I'm always squeezing my body in to unfriendly positions that make me look less pregnant - it closes off my pelvis to her head. Now I know I have to stop doing that. You video was incredibly helpful!!! Not just the active exercises - but what to AVOID. Can't thank you enough!!!!
This has been most helpful! My baby was on a cephalic position at 34weeks but turned Frank Breech on my 37th week. My OB was already telling me to prepare for CS but I insisted to have another ultrasound a week after bec I'm really trying to have a normal delivery. Now, baby's position is back in cephalic! I did most of the exercises here but I felt baby moved on the 2nd exercise. I don't care now if my ribs hurt because of all the kicking, I'm just happy he turned head down. Thank you!
This saved me! I was desperate after hours of pain and came to RU-vid. This was the first video I clicked on and after 45 minutes, I found relief. Thank you so much for this.
Thanks for the great video! I found out my baby is breech during my 34th week. I am 36 weeks now and I managed to turn my baby to the head down optimal position after doing your exercise. Thanks once again!
I did the cushion under my bottom to move my breech baby for about 10 minutes because it was so hard to breath if I did it any longer and my baby moved after that exercise. I also did the ice pack along with this exercise. I couldn't believe how immediate it was. Thank you! Now I found out my baby is posterior which has been causing me prodromal labor! I'll be doing more exercises for this.
I am 28 weeks and found out today that my baby has moved into a breech position. I actually felt him move two days ago. I really hope these exercises help bc I am terrified of a cs. Thank you for posting this!
Hey hi... thanks alot to you and this video.. my wife is pregnant of 35 weeks having baby in breech position -when we watched your video.. and start doing all exercises mentioned in video... and now today our baby is in right position after 2 weeks (37 weeks) i. e cephalic... very thankful to you..
My baby turned head down in one day using the swiss ball exercise you shared combined with some other tricks I knew of and it worked like a charm. I was 32 weeks pregnant when I found out she was breech, a 2nd ultrasound confirmed she was head down only one day later! I created a video sharing the 7 tips that helped me turned my baby so quickly. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge as well. Blessings to you and your family and thanks again!
I am 36 weeks and freaking out! My baby is breech - doing everything I can to help encourage baby to turn on their own! I want to avoid a c-section and an ECV (external cephalic version). Thanks so much for sharing your tips!! Can't wait for my baby to turn... because They will!!! lol
Hi Lorraine, hope you remember me, just wanted to tell you that my baby girl was born on June the 1st, I gave birth naturally and that was fantastic for me! Thank you so much again for posting your video and for your support!!!!
I just want to say thank you SO MUCH for your video. I am 39 weeks and turned a footling breech baby into head down in two days using a combination of your techniques. I found them so easy to incorporate throughout the day, and much easier than the spinning babies recommendations which all looked so risky!
My baby was breech two weeks ago. I have been on the ball for two weeks and have done the inversion the first week for 10-15 mins. Didn't do the ice much, a little skeptical about that. And thank you Lord, my baby is head down today on my check up
Peace, Mama! I’m just returning from my 39 wk + 4 day prenatal check. After TWO WEEKS of being told I’ll probably have to have a Version or C-Section, I just got the news that my little turkey is HEAD DOWN 🙌🏾✨🎉🎊🍾❤️🙏🏾. I did yoga ball hip rolls accompanied by a little bouncing (couldn’t help myself 😂), the cushion incline, straight posture when sitting, and laying on my right side to sleep. I did the exercises for only about 15 minutes for 2 days. My midwife says the big day will probably be this weekend. & the best part is I’ll get to deliver this angel baby naturally the way I wanted. Thank you SOOOOO much for this video 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I have already commented about how effective your video was. Just to add I have flipped my baby at 37 weeks using this video and we went for a trip which included 8 hour drive. With my baby being small she managed to turn so much but with the knowledge i got from this video she flipped back to head down. Just to add, everytime i had Braxton hicks i go on all fours which helped. Thank you once again. She was delivered vback 8.19.18
Found out my baby way breech at 36 weeks and did these exercises once a day all week and today at 37 weeks Baby is head down! So thankful I found this video!
At 34 weeks my baby was in breech position. Doctor suggested us for c-section bcuz there is no space for baby to move... Then while searching abt breech position on youtube i came across ur video.. I did this exercise 30 min daily for one week... At 35th week i went to hospital and found that baby head is downwards.. Thank you for making this video ❤
Definitely the most informative and "natural" friendly video I've seen. I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby and having an all natural water birth. I've been researching and researching about positioning and exercises so as to avoid medical intervention when the time comes. Not only was this video informative, but it somehow gave me confidence. So much better than those confusing, poorly drawn illustrations. And you look AWESOME! Can't wait to try these in a few weeks :) Thank you!
If I could like this video a million times I would! Thanks to your tips and demonstrations I was able to successfully flip my baby and did not have to have an external aversion! Thank you so so so much!!!
I am 34 weeks pregnant and my midwife said my baby was breach two weeks ago. I think the baby then moved into a transverse lie which was very uncomfortable. I did two of the spinning babies techniques: the Inversion and the Breach Tilt. Within hours I could feel my baby turning. That was two days ago and today my midwife confirmed she is head down in a great position! Yay it works!
I ended up having to have an external version. It was successful, and went 'smoothly.' Baby is now head down, and we're excited that we're no longer facing a c-section!
I need to thank you! I’m 36 Weeks and yesterday I saw your video! I did the exercices... today I wen’t to see my baby and he flipped!!! Thank you, thank you
Hi Lorraine, I wrote you about this video 2 yrs ago and finally after doing your exercises my baby girl turned right at 32 weeks. Now my second baby girl was head down until a few weeks ago and yesterday I found out she turned breech!! I am so desperate I did not expect that!:( I will try the exercises again and I hope it will work successfully as it did last time..even If I starter later, at 32 weeks! I will keep you informed as I did on my previous pregnancy.Tks for all your support, xx
I had multiple ultrasounds leading to my induction and each of them my daughter was breech and they started to talk about C-section or try to turn her manually I start to search ways to for her to flip and I came across you're video and I did it a few times and at 36 and a few days my daughter flip just in time for my induction thank you so much 🥰
So glad I watched this video, I’m 32 weeks with a transverse baby. I feel like I really want to lay on my right side but always force myself to stay on my left. Now I’m realising my body was trying to tell me to get into my right to turn my baby. Always trust your body ladies eh
This is exactly what has been happening to me. I’m at 32 weeks with a transverse/breech baby, (she’s been going back and forth), and feel the urge to sleep on my right. I kept dismissing it thinking I should t but, your story confirmed it for me. Thank you for sharing!
It'sMeSG after watching this video I started to slee on whatever side felt comfortable and my baby turned :) had him at 39 weeks. My labour started naturally and I had a really straight forward birth. I definetly think your body knows what it needs to do, trust your instincts. Good luck to you for your labour ❤️ xxx
I wish I saw this video two years ago. My son was in breech position. And I ended up getting a c-section. I’m pregnant again with my second and I’m definitely going to do these exercise to avoid another c-section. Thanks for sharing this video!
Flipped my 34 week frank breech baby the first time after following this video! Did it before bed and woke up to a head down baby confirmed by the OB! Thank you so much!!!
My son was breech until week 38. Thank you for your help! With the techniques you demonstrated and the help of a chiropractor he is now head down and ready to go. Due in 4 days!
Hi I am from Chennai - India... Found my baby was transverse at 32 weeks... Did all the exercises as you said daily 3-4 times for 4 weeks ...today took my 36th week ultrasound baby head down... Happy to the core... Thanks a lot...
Thank you 😊. I did this exercises worked for me. At 37wks my baby was breech yet she was head down since 33wks so you can imagine how it felt when she turned out breech at almost Edd. I literally did this exercises day in day out. My 38wk ultrasound she was still breech so I was scheduled for a planned CS at 39wks. I went home and started to adjust to the new fact that I will have a CS but that didn’t stop me from continuing with the exercises. When I went to get admitted for the CS they did another ultrasound to confirm baby still breech and BOOM 🔥 baby had turned. I was sooo happy, I cried because I wanted a normal delivery. I was discharged and went home to wait for baby’s timing. I delivered at 40wks 4days.
Huge congratulations, take care rest up and enjoy baby. if you are looking for an exercise recovery program check out our Birth2FitMum program. So happy for you!
My baby was in position since week 30. At week 37 doctor told me my baby was transverse and he wanted to schedule a rotation. I didn't want any one touching my baby. I wanted him to move on his own. I did the exercise with the bean bag pillow (Just happened to have one) and I placed a cold compress on top of my belly and a warm compress near the pelvic area along with soft Christian music and my baby moved. I went into L&D for contractions and doctor read my chart stating baby was not in position. She was shocked when I told her I did exercises to get him to move. She ran to the sonogram machine and low and behold! It works best when baby is active. I felt him move instantly. Thanks for this video. I also sit in the positions taught so he can stay that way since I work sitting down for 8 hours at a time.
thank you, within 24 hours my baby had turnned to the transverse position, and we will find out today if he is in position to come out now. i think he is. and i am so glad i took steps to help instead of just hoping and crossing my fingers. thanks again
Thank You for this instructional video. I've only just found out that my baby is breech -just as your 2nd baby was- and i'm 36 weeks. The positions are things that I can do with minimal time taken out of my day, and makes sense! I'll be more conscious of the way i sleep, sit and stand from now on, because I've been doing it all wrong! I've been reading about different ways you can help rotate the baby, but it's so much easier to follow, and know i'm doing it right by being shown how to.
Lorraine: I am so grateful to you! I watched this video the day after my 32-week ultrasound where I found out my baby was breech. I did this in one shot, and she flipped! (I definitely used ice). THANK YOU!
@@FitMumsChannel Hello, I'm so worry cause I have mono-di twins and baby b on the right keeps being transverse, 34 weeks, any help? It Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
This video helped me out a lot my last visit was two weeks ago and I was told that she was laying transverse (sideways) I stared doing this tutorial and I just left my visit and she’s back head down. I strongly recommend this video with two thumbs up! Thank you for your help. ❤️
Hi I just wanted to say Thank-you so much for your video.I was booked in for a c - section, and I was desperate for baby to turn as this was baby number 5 and I had all the others naturally. Anyway i google searched ways to turn baby and found your video. I didnt have an exercise ball, so I used my 9 year old sons' hopper, I sat on it as often as I could, and if I was out an about, I would do the exercise standing ( like the hip rotations) I did not sit on the sofa in the evenings, I sat on the hopper while watching your video and she turned. I know this works because my midwife would tell me when baby is moving out of position, so I would do an intensive before my hospital visit, and by the time I got to the hospital, she would be facing head down again. I managed to put off the c - section on the basis that she was head down, although not engaged. And finally at 38 weeks the doctors decided not to Intervene and cancelled the need for a c - section. My baby girl got to go full term, and was born naturally only 2 days early. Thank you so much x
thank you!!! my baby turned after doing the exercises and avoiding the mentioned postures. the bridge on the pillow made my baby move a lot. had a beautiful natural birth
Thank you for this! I'm almost 35 weeks and my baby went from vertex 2 weeks ago to transverse, his head on the right. I'm going to try these exercises. My doctor also recommended inversion stretches (head on the floor, butt in the air) 2 times a day. Is there a reason you didn't mention those?
I'm exactly on the same case! he was vertex from week 29 on, or before, and then, on week 32, we learnt he had turned to transverse, heard on the right.
Thank You! It was a lot of pressure, pain, and scary. But the doctors had an ultrasound as a guide, and took it slow. My doctor said she wouldn't have done it if it was my 1st baby, but since it's my 4th she was confident that it would be a success. And it was! I don't think it's for everybody, but I'm glad we did it, especially since the only other option was c-section. I'm glad that I can now have a normal vaginal delivery. It was worth it to me. Not an easy decision though!
just had my first ultrasound today and I'm 20-21 weeks. Baby is transverse almost breech - I'll definitely be doing these religiously to get her in the right position!
my wife watched this video since she found out that our baby was on breech position earlier today she had her last ultrasoung and it came out that the baby is already on vertex position..Thanks for this video it helps a lot as im seeing my wife doing this exercise everyday..
I had breech pregnancy and i go through this exercise. Its really worked for me.. and blessed with baby girl by normal delivery. Thank u thank you so much
I started to do your exercises on the 30th week. My baby was breech and feet down. On the 33 th she turned transversal and on the next week she turned head down. Fortunalelly, she was quite small then. She was born naturally on the 40th week with 2800 g. Thank you for the exercises! Kinga from Hungary
I was told my baby (#7) was in transverse position 2 days ago. A version was planned for yesterday. So, the night before, I found your video and started practicing your positions/exercises, putting an icepack where the u/s had said the head was, we put a flashlight down there and called baby, praying hard that baby would turn...Waking up the next morning, I thought I could feel the head down and sure enough at the appointment it was! Thank you so much for sharing and helping!
I did not. We chose to induce with natural methods on my baby’s “due date.” The head was still down but not well settled. A couple hours into labor my water broke and I felt my baby flip! Sparing you the details, he was born breech about a hour later. God knew he was supposed to be born breech and kept him small (under 7lb). Natural birth all the way!
Thank you so much for the video. Realised my mistake. I tend to sit in a very bad positions,, the ones you showed on the video. My baby is transverse but I am 28 weeks pregnant so hopefully I will be able to turn it around.
I found out my baby was transverse a couple of days ago at 33weeks and have been crushed about potentially not getting to have my dream homebirth. This is by far one of the best and most descriptive videos I have watched, thank you for going into detail about the different types of positions and how to amend the exercises to resolve each one. Hoping my baby boy flips soon.
@@ica.uswhas sadly my baby did not turn by himself, I ended up having an ECV in hospital at 36+4 which was successful. He has since stayed head down and I continue to make sure that I continue doing exercises that will keep him in this position (staying upright open and forward). I’m due in less than a week so just happy I can still have my home birth (hopefully!) :)
@@emily-joward8823 congratulations, so happy to hear that! and home birth is great and hope you get beautiful delivery.. I'm on 28weeks, I hope my baby flips soon in the next appointment with my doctor.. thankyou for replying my question.. and sorry for my bad english 😅 I'm still learning.
hi, I was told today at 35 weeks my baby still breech, and I started this exercises in hopes of being successful , thanks you for this video, God bless .
Yes, incredibly at 38 weeks I was told I was going to have a c section, then at 39 weeks before my schedule c section they did one last sonogram and his head was down, at that point they instead sent me to be induced the next day, thank god I had a vaginal delivery I was so afraid of a c section, I heard horrible stories.
Thank you for this video! I'm almost 29 weeks and my baby has been and still is in footling breech position. I've just finished the video and I'm going to start on these exercises now. I will do anything to avoid a C-section! You've given me hope!
Did this for four days and was convinced baby hadn’t flipped. Had an ultrasound with the doctor and baby was head down! Amazing and so happy for it. Thanks for making this!!
Jalpa Patel 38 weeks to check status of the baby! I didn’t even feel the baby flip and I was convinced it was still breech, but thankfully not. Baby was still breech at a 37 week ultrasound then a week later and four days of these exercises, baby had flipped.
Hi I'm exactly 32 weeks pregnant and I will start your exercises tomorrow. hopefully it could help my baby's breech position turn into a normal position for delivery. I will update you if in two weeks it'll have changes. I saw this video minutes ago. Praying it could possibly turn my baby. It is really a big help. I am almost giving up.
very helpful vdo for me and my baby is now cephalic position thanks to mam.only one exercise and only 20 min i have done who is standing position nd rotate ur hips now it changes transverse to cephalic position.
I try to sleep more on my left (my baby seems to like it on the right side, which I hear is not that beneficial?). My baby is thankfully head down, but he is in the posterior position though.
+Lorraine Scapens thanks for mentioning that. I feel like my baby has moved out of the head down position and hoped that sleeping on my back instead of my side would help. I guess not.
Marthe Endresen me too... my bed isnt very comfortable i soak in and it hurts my whole left side then i switch to the right ... and then again to the left ... like ten times whole night
I'm so happy to share with you, baby turned within 2 days of following your advice. Thank you so much. Now we can prepare for a natural water birth. So excited.
I have my c-sec scheduled this friday (another 3 days from today). I'm starting all ur exercise now. Thanks for sharing. I'll definitely write back after Friday.. hope this would work.. *pray*
HI, try not to be discouraged you can do it, do the exercises and baby will turn after 10-14 days hopefully, they may turn back the following week so you need to keep doing the exercises just in case. No you can do the exercises separately duirng the day. When you come off the bean bag position with your hips raised, Go into a raised hip position the opposite way round. SO hands under head knees underneath and hips up, good for tunring too and reducing the pressure you may feel in your head-
Thank you so much for doing this video. Really appreciate your efforts to demonstrate steps to move the baby into right position, particularly being pregnant yourself!
My Fiance is just over 35 weeks and we just found out today that our baby is breech. We are going to start the exercises today. I will let everyone know how it goes.
We ended up having to delivery by C-Section. During the surgery they discovered fiance' has to cervix so there was not a lot of room to wiggle in there. Exercises didn't help probably due to those the reason above.
I am 30 weeks with transverse breech twins and having faith that they will turn head down. I had my 3 year old all natural with no intervention and really want the same in this pregnancy. Thanks for this video. I'll be incorporating everything you do to aid in giving myself the best shot. Hopefully I'll have an update with a great report.
I'm having my first baby and found out that from my 20-28wk scan, baby has moved into a breech position.. Hoping that these exercises help turn baby around to avoid a cesarean!
Thanks for sharing it was really helpful I am 28 weak and 3 days now . It’s my second baby and my first baby was breach and I had c-section, with my second baby the midwife said it is breach but today I had scan and my baby was head down thanks so much 👏👏I did all the exercises you told.
Hello. Your baby can definately still sturn based on my experience. The more they keep turning the more likely they are eventually to settle in a head down position. make sure you have good posture and avoiding spinal flexion, keep your pelvis open at night and fingers crossed baby will turn and eventually stay down. You can keep trying until 36/37 weeks :-) Good luck let me know how you go, once you have done hip bridge remain with your head down, hips up high & kees bent for a further 5 mins
I already am desperate at my 34 weeks. Everybody says it is impossible to turn the baby from the breech position, but your video inspires. Doing this excercisea for a couple of days now. Hope she will turn into a right position soon. I will text in here if the excercises are a success.
Hi Sleep on the side your babys head is, you may feel some discomfort when he/she moves into your pelvis. Avoid spinal flexion and try to sit forward on a chair. Avoid deep squats until baby is head down- Good luck
Hi my baby is breeach and I'm 35 weeks pregnant, baby head is on the right side as you have mentioned your baby head was, so should I sleep on right side ?
