Those are called plastic welding rods. Someone that worked on the pipeline gave them to Mr. Harper. I can’t find the exact ones on the internet but they sell them for all kinds of plastics. I’m not sure which to get though. Different plastics don’t work well together. I need to figure out which one I need for tubs. Thanks for watching!
Your voice sounds just like my uncle Rodney's in Missoura😊 I was just working on one of those today. just wanted to clean the plastic tub ,but I couldn't get the metal one out. The bottom bearing was seized for the triangle plate on the shaft, lordy sure done pissed me off. Keep posting great vids😊
Steel grey washers??? Perhaps you are talking about stainless steel finishes? I don't think they were made to paint, only to polish. I wouldn't know what paint to use to cover them. Thanks for watching!
hey! That is called waterproof tape, Here's a link to it. Waterproof Tape: amzn.to/3vyXN6Z. You can find it in the description too. Thanks for watching another one!
Hello, my GE washer gtw335 will work sometimes...but then it starts filling and agitating but then when its time to drain and spin...the lid lock clicks on and off twice and then the machine just shuts down. No straining noise or anything. Ive changed belt, lid switch twice, speed sensor and the mode shifter. It worked twice after all that and then continues to cut itself off after first agitation. I dont know what to try next. Maybe the drum parts? Ive watched tons of your videos and looked at comments but Im stumped. Do you have any suggestions? Please
Wow, it sounds like you just about have a new machine there after changing all those parts! Unfortunately it is impossible to give you anything other than an educated guess and those are awfully prone to failure. I think I’d suspect the control board. Are you certain that there isn’t an issue with the bearings failing. No signs of water leakage around the gear case? A roaring sound in the spin diagnostic?
