In this video, I show you how to turn a ring holder with a spiraled post and textured rim. Ring holder as fairly quick to make utilizing material that would likely be scrap. These projects are great for selling at shows or online.

I really like your relaxed, "keep it real," woodworking demonstrations! I'm sure that viewers find it particularly reassuring when they see you make little mistakes, but "take them in-stride" as your move through the creative process. Also, the concise commentary you provide points out issues, solutions, and techniques while pulling everything together. This is why your demonstrations are always interesting and a pleasure to watch. Great job Darryl! Chuck

Hi Darryl, Great little project and I think you are right in that they would sell well at Craft Fairs. The only problem I have now is that all the craft fairs I go to have been cancelled due to coronavirus. Cheers, Huw

Nice job with a good narrative. Pleased that you included 'mistakes' (who doesn't have mistakes?) 'Mistakes', did i say? Sorry. I meant 'opportunites for redesign'!
