I bought a cool sunglasses. I love the frame so much. I want it ti be my tested transition glasses. Is that possible. To use my shade frames. Replacing the darkers to proper testing lenses for normal glasses and not tested shades. I dont want shades but I want to use my shades frame design to become glasses frame. Is this possibe.

Can I use black shade eyeglasses (as per prescription) to see the computer screens all the time because I feel uncomfortable while using that simple glasses? When seeing the screen the light hurt my eye. I find a solution to wear black shade? It good

Regular black/grey sunglass lenses might block out a little too much light for screen/indoor use. We definitely recommend looking into blue light glasses, or even yellow tinted glasses, might be a good option for you! Those lenses have a small amount of tint, so they are light enough to use indoors and also block some blue light emitted from devices - they can help immensely when dealing with eye strain from screen use!

@Experience Life Through Fuse Lenses Thanks for your reply. I use blue light glasses but they don't help me a lot. I still have an issue with light but then I use black shade (as per prescription) glasses and I feel comfortable with that. So I want to know if there is any damage to the eye to use a computer screen for 3-5 hrs a day with that black shade glasses. As, I know that using a lot of computer screens make Computer Eye syndrome and for that I use a lot of techniques like breaks, using the 20-20-20 rule, Getting hydrated, etc. So Again My only question is there any damage to the eye to using a computer screen for 3-5 hrs a day with that black shade glasses. Ok, understood! There shouldn't be any eye damage caused by sunglass use indoors, as long as you can still percieve the screen properly and aren't straining your eyes to read. However, I would definitely recommend checking in with your eye doctor, as there may be an underlying reason why screens feel so harsh to your eyes.

We would definitely recommend replacing your lenses vs. trying to remove coatings! You never know what type of protection you're also wiping away with that damage. Do you have prescription sunglasses or non-prescription?

Nope None of the expensive stuff for me gas stations. Truck stops. LUVS.. I've never seen a pair of Pugz and it Luvs that I didn't want. From the aviators sunglasses, the think framed fishing glasses, even the bike and ski goggle styles. Love em. And every time I get a pair I end up asking "can you put my prescription in these?" And every time the answer is no. What I'm starting to gather here is that I've got to spend Hundreds on a frame if I want to get my prescription put in something. I want my prescription put into thes two pairs of Aviator sunglasses. Scratch resistant. Anti glare. Anti-fog. Polarized.

Please hear me out here. I have a pair of oakley sutros and no shop is willing to but lenses on them. They won't even try. They all tell me that they don't have a machine for that. After that I contacted a prescription ski goggles place and they said the same thing. Here me out, here is my plan. Put each lense on each side then make the Middle part plastic if you can't make the Middle a lense with a seme down it. I would love to hear back to you and send you my frames. All I ask is for you to try. I just don't want to get blown off again, thanks.

Hey Stanley! Defintiely understand where you are coming from! I really do wish we could help, but there are only a handful of labs that can handle a request like that and we unfortunately we aren't one of them. : ( I just talked to our prescription expert here and he believes the company "SportRX" has worked with older Oakley models doing something like what you are requesting, although he's not sure if they've worked with a Sutro before. Although I hate sending you on another hunt, they might be able to provide more info or even be able to help you out!

You know what?! 1. This was so obnoxious… if we looked up the subject of the video we don’t need to hear for 15 minutes reasons why we would want Rx sunglasses🥴 2. This isn’t a solution to the issue AT ALL! If we don’t want to alter the glasses at all… I was hoping for more of a solution where we can add clear clip ons or some kind of prescription sticker. Idk, anything but what you insinuated it wouldn’t be about. 👎🏽

RU-vid (the platform) loves it when we post longer videos, but we try to add in links in the caption so you can navigate to the meat of the video. If you're looking for more of a bifocal (reading glasses) style, there are actually stickers you can use! We were actually currently looking into sourcing them so we can potentially carry them in the future! I would look up something along the lines of "Stick on Magnification Bifocal Lenses" and they should pop right up for you.
