its showing no device found and yeah if my phone is off.how can i switch on debugging -_- basically wont work

My power button is not working (samsung m31s). so i did everything from this video, it did restart my device, but i wanted test if it switches on when its in off state. so i ran adb shell reboot -p command to shut down and it did, but now it wont turn the device because it is not being detected by pc henceforth not being detected by the adb shell as well, i ran the adb devices command and nothing showes up.... kinda defeats the whole purpose of this video and the name its written. Should've been "how to restart your phone without power button!" .

I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge, i tried this method and the phone is not showing in the installers list. Please Help. I need to get this to work.

Some device's can't recognize you need to allow adb debugging in developer option

Guys Note of caution USB debugging should be enabled in your phone and by default, when your device is connected to PC, it should be in "file transfer" mode and not "charge only". Both of these defaults can be changed in android developer options
