After you screen record the music clip, tap the image in your “photos” on the lower left icon is the “share sheet” if you download my link the “audio to video” option should be at the very bottom of the list of options. After it’s an audio file you can take it to garage band and modify, save and set as a ringtone 😁👍

I followed the instructions but when I go to hit the save to video to audio it doesn’t save? A folder pops up saying “no recent folders saved” and that’s all that happens.

If you go to “video to audio” just to get a split screen Files, follow these steps: 1. Turn off your phones rotation lock 2. Turn your phone horizontally and the Files app will open full screen 3. Click the drop down in the center that says “Garage Band File Transfer” and instead select “Garage band for IOS” 4. Click “open” in the upper right hand corner * you’ll see the notification that it saved * 5. You’ll now be able to find the saved audio file

It doesn’t work there’s no symbol that looks like, but there’s no symbol that looks like a plus garage band whenever I click audio only. It’ll just show all my files. There’s nothing to save it. Nothing to edit it. There’s nothing then when I click. Open it just goes back to normal and it isn’t saved. There is no done there’s nothing. Edit never mind I figured it out

Same here. I’ve gotten it to work before, but now it’s doing this too. I had to turn off my rotate lock and then turn my phone horizontal. Then you have to click “Open” but nothing saves anywhere even though it’ll give you the notification that it did.

Hey Eric! It’s possible, but I don’t think so… I used it a month ago… maybe make sure all your apps are up to date and try re-downloading the shortcut link… I did open in safari not google if that makes a difference

Hey 2scent! Try downloading the link a few times, I checked last week to see and it took me 2 times before it worked… not sure if it was because of slow cellular data or what
