When I try this it says "device offline". The unlink button is greyed out on the NVR software, so I can't unlink them from there either. It's currently registered to the installers e-mail address and they aren't responding, is there any way to remove their device?
If showing offline you need to change the Ethernet cable and then reset the dvr/nvr into manufacture default. If still the same issue, then you need to update your dvr/nvr firmware and try it again. 👍
The guys who installed this got me ran a test to see if the app works on his phone. I’m a little paranoid he didn’t delete it but he assured me he did, also that I’m the only main admin can have the app because only one person can scan it and it’ll kick the old one out? Is this true?
