Hello, i get this message for my Samsung Galaxy S5 after entering my IMEI and model name in keys 'does not support initializing'. I went to the smart suite video instead but the guy said that is for samsung 6 or higher. What do I do?

Thanks Bro! it did fine on My Galaxy A310F (A3 2016. With kies 3, at first attempt was like unknown device ( all with the correct S/N and model name) ,but successed on third try. The phone was FAP locked... The network operators official service wanted to take about 120$!! (wich is more like as punishment then some kind of "repair cost") but thanks to You,I did it by Myself in 40 minutes,FREEEEE!! Thanks again,God bless You!

OMG! LIFE SAVER! SUBBED AND LIKED! Just a heads up for first timers on rooting, in my situation the Note 4 (or anyone with Lollipop): I rooted my phone so I can mock the GPS for Pokemon GO and installed xposed. (I know, I know, I shouldnt be cheating, it isnt the pokemon master way lol) xposed needed a framework update and what I did not know was... it does not work with Lollipop and will bootloop till the end of time! So I gave up and thankfully Kies exsist nonetheless this awesome video, just saved my phone. (I lost everything, back to a fresh phone) THANK YOU SO MUCH! (learned my lesson)
