I literally tried EVERYTHING, I tried to flash different roms from TWRP, I tried to flash the stock rom from ADB, manually and automatcally, I tried to install different versions of TWRP and nothing was working, I had just lost my hoping. When I just found your video, to be honest I never thoughout it'd work, but for my surprise, IT DID. So, thank you for that vídeo, I just love you man, you just saved my life. THANKS A LOT
My dude, you are a HERO! Like some others here, I tried flashing, new boot loader, root, etc etc etc. . Tried everything. Even this program.. BUT what I learned from my earlier fails, is that I have to hold down volume up + down, when the programm tells me to connect the device. After a minute or so, it picked up my phone and restored it in under 10 minutes. This video brought back my believe in motorola rescue, thanks a lot!
Awe man. Wow. Wow. Man I've been up for two days trying everything to stop boot loops, fastbooting this and flashing that, looking at videos, reading and attempting to pull hair out that I don't even have anymore. I just knew that something as simple but extradordinary as this could not work and if it did it would not work for me. I am the epitome of bad luck. I just can't believe that it worked. Thank you but this rescue and smart assistant just keep seeking the firmware endless. I did try restart and the phone, I tried to manually get the firmware but It fail and told me I have the latest firmware but It's the wrong firmware Installed on my phone. Then there's nothing I can do anymore?
I got in a bootloader loop because of this tool trying to upgrade my Moto G5 from Android 7.0 to 8.1 (official update). Nothing else to say... LOL Luckily, restarting the phone seems to revert the changes, which apparently, if unsuccessful, are not permanent. I followed the instructions step by step.
Hey, i am curious because my screen doesnt look like that one. When I open "rescue" it just wants me to enter my IMEI number. But when i do (I pull it up from the "barcodes" option on the bootloader screen) it tells me that it is invalid. How do i get it to connect to my device? Was I supposed to have used this app prior to my phone going down ?
@@hmangaihaahmaa1239 I approached a technician and when he checked, he found that there was an issue with the Motherboard which cannot be repaired. Basically, I had to buy a new phone!
Firstly thank you soo much for the detailed video,it was the best and most easy to understand. However when I start the phone I get the Bootloader & I am getting an error that says Failed to validate the Boot image ,is there anyway I can do this without losing my data ?
im trying to restore my device that i believe is bricked, when i plug in the device the tool search, found and downloaded the most suited firmware for my phone. when i click on rescue its starts the process normally but then it gets stuck at 53% at about 3 mins in the phone blanks of and comes on again as if nothing jus happened and then it says " flash failed usb cable or usb port is loose. make sure to plug tightly. I tried the suggestions and still the same thing. Can some one help me? E5 PLUS XT1924-7
for some reason my motorola won't connect to my PC via usb but it will charge instead, I don't know what is causing this but tried with different cables etc and it just charges, never says USB Connected therefore I can't transfer files :/
This software has never worked for me, either it can't find the device, or says it's not supported, or it has no firmware available. Making you have to sign in and create an account to actually use the repair function is just userdata harvesting.

After this process, the FRP was still activated and I was not able to get past the password screen (even though the Rescue tool said "Unlock PIN lost"). How do I get a "new phone" install?
Search the model number of your phone with FRP on RU-vid and it'll help you get past the protection and unlock the device you can also do a hard reset or try to edit a Word when you get to the Wi-Fi login
Will the rescue be able to reinstall the original firmware from Moto? I have Moto g7 play and installed lineage os and it has many bugs and I want to go back to stock but I'm not finding my original stock for my device.
my phone's(Motorola One Fusion Plus) stuck in boot loop continously, for every 6 seconds it's restarting. i installed this tool and manually i have entered IMEI number, tool has downloaded the software and once i start rescue it's flashing software to device but for every few seconds mobile is continously restarting while flashing the software. Rescue is not completed, 50% Flash completed later it shows an Error Flash Fail. now, in mobile i'm getting a message like Boot Failed, Failing to boot Linux. before doing this flash, i use to get a Moto Logo and restart for every 6 sec. now also it's restarting for every 6 sec but showing Boot Failed. Please help me out in this
I tried using this to restore my moto g power 2021 after (stupidly) locking the bootloader after flashing an unofficial recovery, but it kept saying something along the lines of "to prevent damage caused by flashing, we recommend sending your device to a service center." and just wouldn't start the rescue process. It made me download the file and everything just to tell me to send it to a repair center. Not sure if there's a method to save this phone since it seems to be hard-bricked, it won't even boot into recovery mode. RSD Lite didn't work, and the official recovery tool pretty much just said to get it fixed in person. Is there another way, or am I just SOL?

My motorola e7 just broke. When i was gonna start it, allit said was: "cant load android system, your data may be corrupt", and then i have to chose between "try again" and "factory reset". With the method you show, will my pictures, apps, and so be deleted? Beccause i have like 700pics i really really dont want to loose and also, i have like 1300usd in krypto on it.
I managed to wipe the partition scheme on my moto e 2020 and it doesn't even know what type of phone it is, not to mention it locked flashing in the process. Phone was bent anyways, screen wasn't even cracked. Blew the tech specialists mind at the mall kiosk. Rare occurrence he said. 😅

I have used this tool many times before and it has always helped me restore my Moto X4's firmware but this time it says the device doesn't match the firmware and I have lost the ability to boot into recovery, instead it just boots back into fastboot. I can boot into the Android OS and fastboot and nothing else. I have tried to manually flash the firmware and it will just hang forever.

Can it fix Moto G with probably a dead battery? The phone was working fine and suddenly it won't boot up. I think the reason is the battery charge went to 0% sitting idle.
@@Rootjunkycom thanks , I realized my mistake , my phone is a Bell Mobility and the "617" you talk about is "666" Are there other source for stock RUU I did flash back to lineage and it got back to life. I think the htc 10 is a thing of the past sooner than later.
