Information was well presented, verbally and by demonstration. No wasted time. Great sequencing to trouble shoot and solve the problem. Taking the vacuum outside to blow out the clog was a great tip due to the volume and the force of waste expelled. Job done in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

Power screw drivers must be magic for getting the bottom plate screws out. I usually struggle with that. Best tip for me was simply hugging the bag to see if it's inflating. Very simple but I overlooked it. Usual problem underneath is the belt off from a captet snag. Thanks for the video. Liked.

I install carpet for a living and use a vacuum everyday to vacuum all the carpet fibers and plastic strings from carpet. Im thinking about purchasing a Oreck XL commercial. Do you think the oreck I purchase would be more prone to clogs? I seen videos where people vacuum up some pretty big things. Or as long as I dont pick up anything too big or overfill the bag I should be good to be good?

Our experience is that the Oreck is one of the worst possible solutions for carpet installers. The extreme shed that new carpets produce during the first vacuum is virtually guaranteed to clog the machine within minutes. So much so that when we used to sell Oreck vacuums if the customer had new carpet we would loan them a different unit to use for a week prior to using their new oreck.
