How to uninstall creation club skyrim AE - remove content mod

I just wanted the survival creation club content i got the anniversary edition and i cant un installed all the other unless crap i dont want horse armor how do i pick certain ones to un installed

I haven't been on skyrim since early June and I tried logging in today, and was hit with a notification saying that my save I was loading had sone content that was no longer available. So I get in game and my shadow netch leather equipment was gone as well and the Bow of shadows... can you tell me what happened to that content please?
